This's my first time booking through ”trip” app. I glad i did. Our room is corner views where we got both the view from diamond head and oceanfront. This's the best experience i have. We arrived at the hotel on a Friday night around 7pm Hawaii time. Didn't expect they were doing fireworks around 8pm. I got to see it right from my window view. Omg.....i was breaking in tears where i haven't experience of fireworks this close before. I wish they allow video reviews in here where i can share my recording of the fireworks to you all. My daily views from my room are the best everyday and night throughout our stay. We walked around the beaches, restaurants and stores around the hotel area everynight before bed. Anyway, thank you for the awesome experience and memories. Love it so much and totally recommend.

This is my daughter(5) and my favorite staycation spot for the last few years. The pool is wonderful, very relaxing and fun. The location is great for those who want to shop and dine at the Ala Moana Center. As we live on Oahu, Waikiki can be a bit too busy so if you are those who want to stay off of Waikiki, this is great as it’s at the edge of Waikiki, right by Ala Moana! We also enjoyed the free lei making with friends we made at the pool too.

It is newly decorated in a Japanese style. The fixed seaside view is that the beach is not a full sea view. Most of the Japanese customers also have exclusive services. It is friendly to children. There are children's pools and water play facilities, and there is also an infinity pool with an adult bar. It is great not to disturb each other. There is a Lawson convenience store, an ice cream shop, etc. just below, with complete facilities, it is worth living in!

The room was comfortable and large. The two large beds with a good mattress. The complete toilet, although a bit small (you can brush your teeth and pee at the same time 😅). The room has air conditioning, safe, fridge and microwave. The TV is quite large. In addition, a balcony with two chairs and a table. Pity about the views and the noise. The views are on a street with a lot of traffic and the balcony glass did not insulate the noise, so you could hear the noise of cars and police and ambulance sirens all night long... Parking is not included and you they charge 28USD (+ taxes) per night. In addition, they don't guarantee you a place and if you arrive and it's full, they make you go to another car park. There are supermarkets and shops nearby and it's a 20-minute walk from the famous Waikiki Beach.

I paid the resort fee and deposit with my card when I checked in in the morning, but when I went to the front desk to pick up my room key in the afternoon, I was charged the resort fee and deposit again. Even if I told him that I had paid when I checked in earlier, he insisted that I could pay. It's not for me, it's for my husband. Even though I said it was strange that I had reserved only one room for two people, I was told to pay. I asked someone who could speak Japanese to take over the phone and explain things to me, and they finally gave me the room key, but there was no explanation or apology as to why it happened. I was handed the room key with a defiant attitude. And, as expected, I was charged at the restaurant even though I made a reservation with a plan that included breakfast. If the front desk is that much, well, I thought it would be like that. I'm scared of what I'll be charged next time when I check out tomorrow. Is Marriott a hotel like that? I come to Hawaii every year, but I will never stay at a Marriott again. It's a shame because the location and facilities are fine.

Spent July 3, 2022-July 5, 2022, we are Kama 'aina's and did not feel the hotel extended any kind of extra Aloha for us locals. Also, very upset when I pre-booked the reservation through a 3rd party and as well paid in full, and on confirmation sheet states that room and everything else PAID ALREADY, WHEN CHECKING IN THERE WILL ONLY BE A BALANCE OF $46 IN TAXES. Well, when I checked in I was told that I would still need to pay $45 a day for the resort fees daily which totalled $85 I still would owe. Parking, I was told by the Front Desk would be $50 a night ( insane )!

We stayed here for two nights recently. The hotel was located about .5 mile from the beach, so we walked there in the mornings before breakfast. The breakfast was amazing. They had everything you could imagine, and multiple stations for each (multiple pancake makers, a couple of places you could get your eggs and meat, etc.). There were at least 40 or so seats in the restaurant so finding a place to sit with your breakfast was no problem, and the gentlemen taking the breakfast tickets at the door (I assume so people don't just walk in off the street for breakfast) were super friendly. The room was fine, although the elevators were a bit slow. The fifth floor had a pool, cabanas, mini golf, etc. but unfortunately it closed at 7:00 each night so we only had a few minutes each day to take advantage of it. If we were coming back to Honolulu, we would stay here again.

The best location in Hawaii, less than 5 minutes from Waikiki Beach on Oahu Island, where shopping, sightseeing, and activities are the most popular, is the big venue of this hotel. It was convenient because there were bus stops to Poke Restaurant, famous pubs, and Alamoana Wilmart. The reason I chose this hotel is that I don't have to rent a car for a full-day tour such as Oahu Island Tour, Turtle Snorkeling, and Hawaii Folk Show Ruau, so I can sleep, so I pay hotel blood and stay at a famous hotel. However, a very historical incident occurred and I filmed a movie that I will never forget. I laugh now, but how cool I was. On the first day, I was willing to eat beer and steak in the pub, so I left the card key at the hostel, and in the evening, there was no front desk, so no one opened the door. I can't contact the emergency contact network. . . Eventually, I asked for help with Trip.com online chat, but the hotel person said that I had to wait to read the email ㅠ. We went around the beach for 3 hours to find the bathroom, but we couldn't do anything, so we went back to our accommodation. On the roadside, we were scared to find out where the homeless appeared and started sleeping. I went into the police station, contacted the consulate, said, entered another hotel, said, his head was messy, and 30 minutes from the door of the hostel, he said, ”I'm glad that the manager was in the building and came out sleeping.” Opened the door. I saw an emergency email from Trip.com or was caught by the sound of the phone we were hanging on, so I could go to the hostel at 12 o'clock. Never leave your card key. The downside of this hostel was that it was hot, but I gave a thin blanket and slept with only a quilt. The advantage is that it is narrow because it is a window, but it is less stuffy and has a microwave, coffee maker, black tea, dish spoon fork, shower supplies, enough towels, etc. Rooms are not cleaned, laundry facilities are available, and chair boards to be taken to the beach are rented for free. Of course, there is no resort blood. Wow~ It will be a place that I will never forget for a lifetime.
