Quite average. Moxy hotels are always nice inside however, this one the breakfast was quite poor, very limited hot food choices and low quality, gym had some weights but no runnng machines, the area is tricky to access and requires taxi or shuttle coach to the airport ( the later being a squeeze ). Nice enough service. Hairdryer did not work, bathroom could have down with a deep clean

We stayed 3 nights at the Moxy Amsterdam Schiphol. Hotel is relatively quiet. The Moxy shares a shuttle with NH Hotel. For the shuttle to the airport, payment is expected via a chip per person which can be obtained from reception and booking has to be made. It costs €4 per person who is not a Marriott Bonvoy member or €3.5 for members. It is free from the airport to the hotel. There is no fridge, coffee or tea making facilities. We had to place a deposit of €90 on check in. Free coffee available in the morning only as the grab and go. No bottle water given as tap water is drinkable.

Spacious rooms, very comfortable and a a great lobby with food and plenty of place to work.

Friendly employees. The hotel has a good continental breakfast. Gym is well equipped. Large parking area in front of the hotel. Own airport shuttle is provided.

i enjoyed staying here - it was a bit complicated getting here by bus as there are works going on at the schiphol bus terminal - so you will need to logic your way to the right bus stop (google maps does not factor this in, so you will need to find temporary maps from schiphol along the bus stops). when you get to the hotel it is not obvious to view from the bus station either, so again you will need to figure out how to head to the moxy, but the hotel itself from the inside is very modern and fresh looking, everything is clean, the rooms feel very up to date and the bathrooms look bright and newly fitted which is always much preferred to old and worn. there is a lot of space to sit, read, and plan your trip on the ground floor with multiple sofas and desks. once you figure out the bus it is very easy to head back to schiphol airport or to town center from the hotel. the only thing is there is no tea or coffee station in-room, nor water, so everytime you want to boil water for tea or coffee, or even grab a drinking cup, you would have to go to the lobby and sometimes that isn’t practical as that’s also where other hotel guests are and the staff are stationed, and you just want some privacy. maybe they could put water bottles in room daily? or a water kettle? it’s a great hotel for if you are travelling into amsterdam for a short trip and have tight schedules to the airport, such as late night or early morning flights, and you are a younger solo traveller, who wants the privacy of their own room which is a step up from a nice hostel, and doesn’t mind figuring things out a bit as part of the journey

It’s okay, it’s good sometimes the staff is simply not friendly , the bed is pretty hard but they give tea and water for free so yeah

Very close to the airport and the bus station to the airport and the city, this chain hotel is well decorated and does not skimp on costs because of its remote location. The service staff are friendly and their English is good.

The administration is very good and respectful towards the visitors.They have allowed us to check in a bit earlier with no extra charge and they were soo cooperative. The room was beautiful and spotless though there was a tray of used glasses and some papers outside of our room but it's okay because it seemed like they were cleaning the hallway.They have welcomed us with a drink and absolutely loved it.

Love the ease of the shuttle. Rooms are clean. Perfect location.

Staffs are very friendly and professional, room is simple but comfortable, only 10 mins to airport by car, it's very convenience to stay here if early flight.

The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating for our family needs. I’m delighted with the kind service as everyone went out and beyond, even letting us use the staff’s washing machine at midnight. We are so grateful and we think it was a perfect choice of a hotel for that. We will be coming back.
