IntercityHotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport

The room was pretty good, quite spacious, and reasonably clean. The bathroom was also clean, but the bedside table hadn't been cleaned properly, with food residue left on it. I really need to highlight the airport shuttle service! We took the Beijing Daxing to Amsterdam flight, landing around 6:45 PM. The queue at customs was long, so we got out around 8 PM. You're supposed to wait for the shuttle at the spot shown in picture 2. Normally, there are two shuttle buses per hour, but there wasn't one at 8 PM, so everyone should definitely check the schedule in picture 4 carefully. A taxi to the hotel was quite expensive at 39 euros, even though it's not far, only about a ten-minute drive. One thing I absolutely *must* complain about is that the hotel doesn't answer their phones!!!!! Because we couldn't find the shuttle, I called the hotel 6 or 7 times, but no one ever picked up. When I checked in later, I asked the front desk why they didn't answer, and they said they were very busy at the time, attending to a tour group. However, when I checked in, there weren't many guests at the front desk, and even when I called them from my room afterward, they still didn't answer. This made me extremely angry!!!!!
