Hyatt Regency Birmingham the Wynfrey Hotel

Wonderful experience! I arrived very late but check in was easy and the room was very comfortable and clean and the bed was wonderful. I will be staying again in August. Such a great place to stay.

This hotel is now 40 years old. It went through the original developers hands to the Hyatt. It’s attached to a iconic mall in the state of Alabama the Galleria, the mall, although not what they anchor stores at once had is still a living monument to the 1990s a wonderful place to go and people watch the hotels been maintained very well due to the huge activities in Hoover like the SEC baseball tournament very Centrally located this hotel and mall have a special place in my heart and it’s great to see it still thriving. The only thing I would say is small details of cleaning up and maintenance would only be needed other than that it’s a great place.

The room was very comfortable and so were the beds. The Merk restaurant was so overpriced and but staff were nice. You can’t order food and sit at the bar. You have to sit at a table. I find that odd. I thought the ad said $11 each for morning buffet but bc it was Sunday, it was $24 a person. Also, self parking is $23 or valet is &29. I did not see that in the ad either.

Hotel is a little outdated but the staff is great. Hot tub was only lukewarm and room could’ve been renovated. Views from 15th floor are great though

I booked this hotel while attending a conference, and the experience was exactly what I hoped for. From the moment I arrived, the property was clean, well maintained, and welcoming. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the overall experience even better. The room was comfortable, quiet, and met the quality and consistency I’ve come to expect from the Wyndham. Everything was well prepared and in good condition, making it easy to relax and focus on the conference without any concerns. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay, and I would gladly choose this property again for future business or personal travel.

Staff is great, room was clean. Valet is a nice service. Indoor access to the galleria. Food ok at restaurant though $25 for breakfast was ridiculous. And the TV needs a serious upgrade in the room....only regular cable and no guide....no option for streaming services. Bed was comfortable but pillows were the kind that squish down to nothing. Ok for the price.

Love staying at the Hyatt. Always clean. Staff very attentive. Valet very helpful and courteous

Clean room, helpful staff even though I checked in at the last minute around 11 pm. Also was assisted with late check-out the next morning to get prepared for an event I had. Great stay at a beautiful hotel.
