We had an extremely upsetting experience at your hotel, and I am writing this with great disappointment. When I made the booking, I clearly stated that our group consisted of 3adults and 3 kids. I even repeated in the special request section that we needed proper sleeping arrangements for six people. I flew all the way from New Zealand, and my flight was delayed. Out of courtesy, I called the hotel to inform you that we would be checking in late. Instead of support, I was met with rudeness. The staff member abruptly asked me to “just send a text message” and hung up on me. I called back hoping to clarify a few questions, but she immediately hung up again. I felt disrespected and completely dismissed, especially after a long international flight. When I finally received a text, it only included instructions for one room. We arrived late at night, exhausted, and when we opened the door, we were shocked. The room was filthy. There were only 2 queen beds for 6of us. The sheets were dirty, the bathroom had mould, dust was everywhere, the floor hadn’t been mopped, the curtains were broken, and there were no basic items like tea or coffee. It was extremely unhygienic and honestly upsetting. (Photos attached.) Because it was so late and we were tired, we had no choice but to squeeze 6 of us into two beds and sleep uncomfortably the whole night. The next morning, we spoke to the same staff member, and she claimed she had sent another room code—which we never received. We went to see the second room, and while it was cleaner, it still didn’t change the fact that we had already suffered a horrible first night in unacceptable conditions. We moved our things to the new room, and when she demanded that we still pay for the dirty room, we refused. We only used one room for the night, unwillingly, because the first one was not suitable for anyone to stay in. She took the room back anyway. We decided not to argue further because we didn’t want our holiday ruined by stress and negativity. We came to enjoy our vacation, but instead we spent most of our time away from the hotel because the atmosphere there genuinely made us uncomfortable. On top of that, there was loud morning construction that woke us up each day. This experience caused us emotional stress, discomfort, and a terrible start to what was supposed to be a happy getaway. I kindly request a reasonable refund for the distress, inconvenience, and unacceptable conditions we had to deal with. This was not the experience we paid for, and it is only fair that we are compensated for what we went through.

Great view & location, decent amenities, has a restaurant downstairs we didn't try. Needs a bin in the room, didn't have one to discard rubbish.

I was quite disappointed with my stay. The state of the apartment when I booked in was not clean at all. The staff were so unfriendly and did not speak clear english. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone at all.

Where do we start. Well, the beds themselves were clean, the carpet was filthy, the skirting boards and behind the table lamp hadn’t been cleaned for a long time….. the aircon was absolutely disgusting full of BLACK MOULD and hadn’t been cleaned ever by the looks of it….Mould on the bathroom ceiling and toilet roll dispenser hanging off the wall… This place was absolutely Disgusting and our service while complaining to the manager, we were pretty much ignored as they weren’t interested in us at all because we were putting in a formal complaint, we weren’t offered any compensation and just told they could do nothing for us, and very disappointed in the service and advise people to think twice before you book this place, we have stayed before it wasn’t that bad, but this time round, YUK…..Never again shall they get our custom. Warm reception, I wanted to know about the neighbourhood attractions and was very patient with the presentation . Plus, there's Chinese customer service! For my poor English, it will be very convenient to check in!

I reserved 2 rooms with harbour view and checked in at 5pm it took them to decide what rooms to give and they were still busy cleaning rooms. The rooms I was given 1 had really bad smell and another had strong smell of chlorine. I requested them to change the rooms and they told me to wait 1 hour in the lobby for 1 room and the second room they gave me 2015 had people in there. I was so embarrassed because they gave me the password and someone was already there and changing clothes when I entered for which I had to apologize. They’re either overbooked or don’t really know how to handle guests

Location: Peaceful surroundings with beautiful views, and conveniently close to shopping centers, theme parks, and a variety of dining options. Room Facilities: Clean, spacious rooms with all the essentials, including refrigerators, microwaves, and comfortable beds. Great value for an affordable stay. Dining Experience: The on-site restaurant provides a pleasant dining experience with a scenic waterfront view. Guest Suggestion: Keep in mind that daily room service, towels, and toiletries come at an additional cost, even for extended stays. You get exactly what you pay for.

On arrival there was no reception staff we waited for 25 minutes to be served. Which we had to go to the bar and ask for someone to come help, then try an ring the hotel to get help no answer. There was 4 other guests also waiting. The hotel is very run down and needs a lot of repairs, shower head was corroded, no handle in shower to pull door shut, so water was going everywhere. The patio ceiling was falling down. One spoon, one cup, one glass, one sachet of coffee, no tea supplied, no plug for bath. Bed was comfy though. Gym equ was broken, sauna not working. Went down for dinner they had a seafood buffet $50 which they couldn't keep up with, wasn't enough being put out, everyone standing around waiting. So we ordered 3 seafood baskets and 1 nachos. To be told 30 minutes later there wasn't enough to put one together. So asked to get calamari no none left, so ended up all getting nachos. Which we wanted a refund in price difference, which they had to be returned in cash, but had no cash in register to give us, had to go find some. We waited then an extra hour 15 minutes for nachos, which didn't look anything like the photo an i could have made better at home. Was very disappointing. Went for a walk along the marina and the boards really need fixing, quite dangerous with nails sticking up an boards rotting. The one lady was doing reception, cleaning and in the kitchen, very understaffed. So wouldn't be staying there again.

I noted that there were a lot of negative reviews but I found them unjustified. There is no Reception staff until 2pm, certainly but so what... Work with it. Situated right on the Marina. 2 pools (both excellent), lacks access to a convenience store but it's within range of the shopping Centre. Room was very clean but the Bar fridge needs replacing... It cools 😂

This could be an amazing hotel but it is run down, needs better maintenance and service is non existent. Arrived 30min early asked if room was ready, they wanted to charge money, when said no will just go for a walk can you store luggage, no they wouldn't (most hotels do this). Room was a great lay out, but holes in the wall, black mould in corners of shower, no info on how to work TV. Air con was great. Location is fabulous. Swimming pool was full of leaves and kids pool completely green. Front desk never seemed to have anyone there. A few areas of improvement and this would we a lovely but at the moment not a great place to stay.

It was very dirty with no service no soap in bathrooms have to ask for the services still no one came I won't recmond any one

I can’t recommend this place as didn’t get to book in as the after hours service didn’t work and couldn’t get anyone on phone all day before I was trying to book in late. Ended up having to find somewhere else to stay at 11pm at night was not happy.

I give this place 2.5 out of 5 stars. I’m going to go into the pros and cons. Pros: - Amazing location! Absolutely love the view from my balcony. The surrounding area is also extremely nice. - The food from the restaurant on the ground floor was really nice, had great meals and it was in a great location right on the water. - It has free underground parking with plenty of space. - Price was great for the area. Cons: - While the staff were friendly, the person at the front desk wasn’t really helpful at all. I asked to change my room and he said he will see what he can do and give me a call. He had my number but never did, and when I saw him the next day he didn’t even mention anything. - The rooms are nice but banging noises from people walking around travels through the walls, and there’s no way to block it out. Our room also was right next to the door that people use to go to the pool. At 5am people would use the door and it would slam shut, vibrating the walls and waking me up multiple times! It was the most frustrating thing! - There was a space in the carpet were it was really brown and dirty. You can see in the photos the difference in colour. - The food was great, but one night I ended up waiting over an hour for some pasta, and there was 4 people in the restaurant. There was only one person making food, which is just ridiculous! Overall it was fairly good.

The location of the hotel is good, right by the marina. We had a good walk there. But, the amenities are not maintained so well.
