Absolutely lovely place to stay whilst attending our son and daughter in law's wedding at Bredenbury court barns. Sharon made us so welcome. Food delicious. Everything that you could want , comfortable beds , beautiful scenery , lovely clean bathroom, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and snacks in the room. Our whole family stayed, together in this wonderful house, teenagers loved it too ! this lovely B&B contributed to a perfect stay in Bredenbury. We will be back , thank you again for everything.

Stayed for a night while at a wedding nearby, would thoroughly recommend. Great value compared to other options nearby, fantastic breakfast (sadly I was a bit too hungover to enjoy it fully), friendly staff and a large, clean, comfy room. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Absolute does exactly what you need here at this little b&b. From arriving to checkout brilliant! Stayed 2nights for a family wedding. The host is super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you for the ironing board , kind offering! Cozy accommodation , stayed in room 1 . Beautiful clean , smelt so fresh too. all the little bits you’d need at your reach. The bed is super comfortable, best night sleep in yonks! Breakfast, wide selection but hats off too the chef English breakfast was yummy , nice and hot too! A little jewel of a find for fabulous price definitely a must try. You won’t be disappointed. You would have to be really really picky to leave a negative review on this place. It’s a 10/10 from me guys ! A***** Thank you for everything!

Comfy beds in spacious rooms- well appointed friendly place to stay. We had an early check in which is a great option if you need it. The rooms were large and bathrooms small- but well laid out - very clean throughout. The breakfast was lovely and masses of tea and toast!

A first class bed and breakfast. Clean and friendly with a great breakfast. Would happily book again. Booking and communication was very good. Lots to do in the area. Thank you for a lovely short stay.

We booked to stay here as a family (11 altogether) for two nights to attend a wedding nearby. It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Holly Tree, the rooms were lovely, the beds really comfortable, we loved our King size! Nothing was too much trouble for our host Sharon, she was really welcoming, we were offered all we could eat at breakfast (which went down well with our little granddaughters)! Would definitely book to stay here again.
