The hotel is clean with every amenity in need and even the call-up service for aurora. As we arrive quite late so we didn’t enjoy much. Personally think the price is a little bit high but if for all the amenities it still worths such value. The only point we were not that satisfied was that we called the reception for kettle to boil hot water but it took more than half an hour before we finally got the kettle to the room

This is the best hotel in the whole Iceland trip. Reception is super friendly and helpful. All corners are new and clean. Restaurant provides nice food at reasonable price. Free hot tub and sauna facing the glacier. I am just unlucky that the weather was so bad that I cannot really enjoy the view. Breakfast is a must add item as it is so worthwhile. It’s a perfect location if you visit the glacier tour or visit Jökulsárlón.

AAnonymous UserAlthough the room is not big, it is very clean. The front desk service was attentive. We checked into the hotel very late and the restaurant no longer served dinner. However, after the front desk helped explain to the restaurant, we had dinner. The dinner was great and very delicious!

GGuest UserIn order to join the glacier hike the next day, it is a five-minute drive from the meeting point. The room is very small. The window in the room can be opened, and I saw the aurora here, so lucky! Breakfast is not abundant.
