The wrong hotel was advertised when we were told we had stayed at the wrong place the original hotel which is this one didn’t refund us the refused trip.con

Room was great, bed pillows were soooo soft SAM was very helpful at reception & helped me find my phone, via her phone, using the app! Big hug & x ANDY in the restaurant was helpful & a good character, you could see he took pride in his job Will defo come back to the Premier Inn

All premier inns when comes to room breakfast extra are of same good standard good quality for reasonable price. What set this site above the rest is the staff. I use this chain for work alot. But for family usually go for a higher star experience. But for family visits to Manchester we use this site. The staff are friendly and are super helpful. Reception staff on this visit (March Bank holiday) the 2 ladies were exceptional. Honestly should be used as examples to there sites in regards to customer interaction. Amazing.

Lovely room clean, must of been recently refurbished. The room was spotless never been in a hotel as clean. The shower were clean and probably one of the best I have had in a hotel. Really enjoyed our stay here.

We booked this premium inn for four nights to visit family and friends. It's in a great location next to the train station and Middlebrook, everything you need is there. I had emailed to let them know as we were on a late flight, I had a reply and when we arrived they knew who we were. The rooms have been updated and are lovely. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and had everything you could want. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Back at the Premier Inn for the annual LTA Wheelchair Tennis tournament and once again Clare and her team took amazing care of us. They really cannot do enough and are there to help all the players, staff and family members however they can. The hotel is always clean and well run, and the breakfast is great. The friendly and professional staff are a credit to Clare as manager, and to the Premier Inn Group.

Outstanding experience! The nicest, helpful staff you could wish for. The rooms look lovely after the recent renovation, so modern and fresh. They’re super comfortable and always kept clean. Look forward to seeing you all again next year!

Really amazing stay! The staff was really supportive and made the stay lovely. Thank you to everyone for making it a fantastic stay. We will be staying back her next year. I will be recommending this to other people when there come and stay in Bolton.
