The wrong hotel was advertised when we were told we had stayed at the wrong place the original hotel which is this one didn’t refund us the refused trip.con

Good hotel, great location, rooms are very clean and well decorated. The staff are very friendly and helpful, with a special call-out to Leanne, who has been extremely professional and efficient, thank you. The staff definitely have a can do attitude, dealing with problems as a team. Whatever time of day you arrive, you are always welcomed with a smile.

An absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel with amazing staff! Leanne always make every effort in all aspects of our stay. She is always focussed on improving the guest experience. This includes a full dedicated and committed service during breakfast to ensuring all rooms are presented in the optimal condition. Lovely hotel. Really friendly staff.. Gill & Lorna are always smiling and always made me laugh.. rooms are very clean and the hotel is in an excellent location. Near to shops train station cinema and Bolton Football ground. Would definitely come back and recommend to others

Really nice Premier Inn. Very friendly staff. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. There's not an electric car charger at the place but one a few mins walk away in the Asda car park. It's very handy for getting to UCLAN in Preston or into Manchester as the train station is almost next door.

The hotel was well located, clean and friendly. Check in was smooth and the room was nice and spacious. Special mention to staff member Gill who went out of her way to make our stay extra special. Gill made sure all guest where catered for at breakfast.

Very clean and in a convenient location .my accessible room was ideal .but I have to say the staff are absolutely excellent and made my stay so much better. Id like to particularly mention Rachel and Jill on reception and Jo in housekeeping . The breakfast was lovely and a bargain I would recommend this hotel for a short stay and I will certainly go back

Very clean and extremely comfortable mattress for grabbing some well deserved sleep after travelling by car; continental breakfast perfect way to start the day, as you begin your journey to your next destination. The Premier Inn is well catered for car parking and without having to pay for overnight parking
