Lovely and informative welcome, clean room with great view of the lake.There was free and easy parking very nearby The upstair common parts look tired but the downstairs and breakfast room are modern and bright It’s a bit out of town but value for money.

We had such a pleasant time at the Hotel! We had a problem with our bedroom (as not what we expected) but the management solved it fast and exceeding our expectations enormeusly. The apartment was very nice, wonderful views to the lake, very comfortable. The downtown was 10/15 minutes walking and easy to get to it. I would definitely repeat.

This hotel should be so much more but is basically a motel. Imagine if you inherited a beautiful lake home but had the budget of a student to do it up. It’s a tired building that has had IKEA fittings put up to try and modernize it. There was a strange cleaning product smell about the whole place. It’s a great location, with beautiful views to the lake and the Le Bistro Baineaire just 100 meters walk away is a wonderful buzzing place for dinner.

Nous avions réservé une nuit avec vue sur le lac, seul problème : le lac est séparé de l'hôtel par un cheminement piéton très fréquenté. Les promeneurs profite de nous autant que nous profitons d'eux... Il n'y a pas de volets, seuls des rideaux malheureusement trop peu larges pour nous promettre une intimité complète. La personne à l'accueil n'était d'aucune aide et n'a proposé aucune solution convenable. Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude, et lorsque nous en avons fait part a l'accueil, on nous a suggéré d'aller prendre une douche dans le sauna (où les portes sont toutes entièrement vitrées). De plus, le tube de gel douche/shampooing était vide. Le spa quant à lui est sur réservation, s'il n'y a plus de disponibilité, aucune compensation n'est possible (remboursement ou avoir). Prometteur à première vue, mais ne vous laissez pas avoir par les jolies photos.

Personnels souriant et accueillant, belle ambiance dès l’entrée, chambre propre, confortable et spacieuse, balcon avec vu au TOP, place de parking a proximité, bien placé pas besoins de se déplacer en voiture, belle et agréable promenade autour de lac

Les plus : la chambre à l'étage coté lac et sa literie , le calme. Les moins : dès notre arrivée , présence de sable par terre.D'autre part , il n'y a pas de chauffage dans la salle de bains , et en février ...ça manque. Pour terminer , l'eau de la douche le matin était à peine tiède : ce n'est pas normal

100 € chambre+ 28 € petit pour 2 déjeuner +10 € de parking . soit 138 € pour une nuit . Après 150 km . Alors . Vieux , Miteux hors d'age . Murs decrepis , salle de bain minuscule ,déco 1960 ,support douchette cassée , Vieux rideau de douche effiloché pasde distributeur de gel douche dans la douche ,mais à l entrée de la SDB . Aucune possibilité d étendre les serviettes , aucune paterre pour les vêtements Propreté plus que douteuse . Douche prise le soir et sdb toujours trempé le lendemain matin . Sol gelé .pratique quand on se leve la nuit .Pas une Bt d eau même de 50cl pas de sachet de thé ou café soluble . Et pas de bar pour y remédier .Seul point positif et pas des moindres très bonne literie nous avons très bien dormi , malgr une insonorisation plus que perfectible .petit déjeuner tres correct. Et vue imprenable sur le lac . Bref il y a beaucoup de boulot pour mettre cet établissement au carat car ça ne vaut pas mais pas du tout le prix que j ai payé . Tot de même merci au personnel qui font ce qu ils peuvent avec ce qu ils ont .
