Rio de Janeiro Hostels

Daisy is the best! She should get a raise for her hospitality and service. I felt safe as a solo female traveler, the location is also near the beach, safe and worry free. Room is spacious and clean! 10/10

I stayed for the carnaval and it was the best hostel I have stayed in. The free breakfast was amazing. The staff are also helpful and friendly. The AC is really cold!! A bit out of the center which is perfect to have some rest and there is a train walking distance.

The El Misti staff were incredibly fun, welcoming, spoke great English and provided lots of activities, free and paid. If you have no itinerary, know no-one and are unsure about coming here, please forget your troubles. You can eat, sleep well and do Rio on autopilot in a safe, walkable neighborhood accompanied by a pretty smile.

The best location! Situated close to bars/restaurants/ beaches. Victor was super nice and accommodating. The suit on the group floor was comfortable but a bit noisy as it is behind reception; aside from that the breakfast was lovely and again location was everything.

The hostel is in a very comfortable location, near the beach, and with metro and bus stops a few steps, the area is full of rooms. Breakfast in the hostel is plenty and all staff is super helpful for any situation. Recommended!

Atendimento ok. Porém a dona da pousada Fernanda e sua funcionária Dani não estavam alinhadas com relação ao funcionamento do local. O que mais me apeteceu foi a decoração e a localização. Devido ao mal entendido entre elas, entendi que estava pagando um valor que não cobria os custos da dona, por pena me abstive de tomar o café da manhã que estava incluso no preço. O box do banheiro do quarto que ficamos era minúsculo, sou magrinha e tive dificuldade de tomar banho. E atenção quando for selecionar o QUARTO DUPLO. Se você não selecionar dois hóspedes terá que pagar R$ 100 a mais na hora do check in. O lugar é de boa energia, mas sugiro que melhorem a gestão. Meu insta @nanightrips (;

O atendimento ao chegar fui bem recebido, mas ao deixar o local a mulher que estava na recepção super mal educada e tratou mal! Enfim odeio ter que fazer esses tipos de reclamação. Mas odeio ser tratada mal principalmente quando estou em locais onde pago para estar. Fora isso foi tudo bem.
