Jack GibbsAn excellent family-run hostel, with close proximity to Chiang Rai’s main attractions. All facilities clean, well maintained and a complimentary breakfast is included in the price. Staff are very welcoming from the moment you check in and are eager to recommendplaces to visit in the area. Special thanks to Min (the owner) who helped me to organise a tour at very short notice, which ended up being one of the highlights of my trip.

Itt-KoyThe hotel was way off the main highway but near Singha Park, Chiangrai’s most favorite tourist spot. It was cosy and well decorated. Its services were a bit limited probably because we stayed there during off season.

We arrived at midnight, the reception was closed but the staff thought to leave our room key in the mailbox. The room was very cute and clean and had a balcony. The breakfast was great, the staff was great. We left the next morning but I would choose this hotel again if I were to return to Chiang Rai, thank you!

Guest UserI have been there for a couple of days.
Central location, clean, a huge fridge downstairs, a small kitchen for basic things (no gas for the cooker) and some fruits and coffee were available.
The only problem was noise, as a few guest were impolite, but other than that, I have been happy with my stay.

we are finishing up a month in Thailand and have stayed at a dozen places. Everyone has always been very nice, but at Connect Hostel, the entire staff is absolutely awesome. They are always smiling, always doing things to help that you didn’t even ask for but they saw could be helpful for you (like calling around to find you transportation options that you didn’t even ask for, ordering new kids helmets for riding scooters since they didn’t have them, again without even asking).
They just genuinely want to run a place that takes care of the people that stay with them and I don’t know what else you would want!
Other perks- very clean, water machines with filtered cold water, pancake machine in the morning, very stable good internet connection throughout, super safe locked building at night, plenty of common areas to do work, laundry machines on site, 10 minute walk to bus station!

Anonymous UserGreat location—close to the city center and major tourist attractions, making it very convenient for exploring the area. It’s also an excellent choice for solo travelers. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. And most importantly, it was very affordable. I had a pleasant experience and would gladly stay here again.

The dorms were extremely clean and we were very pleased to have towels, water, toothbrushes and slippers provided given the cheap price! It was very quiet in the rooms despite being close to the main road and was very convenient to have the shop just downstairs! Staff were very friendly. Bathrooms were clean and there were biscuits and hot drinks available upstairs for guests to use. Perfect for backpackers and great to have a double bed!

AJUANThe airport transfer in Chiang Rai was ordered casually, and was unexpectedly satisfied. The little girl at the front desk made good coffee, and the things sold in it were not expensive. There was a free car to the airport and a free breakfast. It was just that the address was incorrectly located for a long time. From the airport, you can go straight for about 1.2 kilometers. If you don’t have much luggage, you can walk there. Check in and pay a key deposit of 200🐷. It’s not very convenient to have a meal nearby, that is, one night. You can leave it, anyway. A recommended hostel, there are also two cute cats, which are very comfortable to live in😌
