GGuest UserA century-old traditional American hotel with beautiful environment, complete facilities, clean and comfortable. There is a seating area with a fireplace in the hotel lobby, free coffee every morning, and local donuts for guests in the afternoon. The restaurant is also delicious.

GGuest UserI recently booked this hotel to send my children to Smith College for summer school. I didn't expect that the room was extremely small, and the second floor can only be reached by stairs. There is no elevator, so I had to carry such heavy luggage up the stairs. On the second day, no one cleaned up. When I told the front desk, he said that the cleaning person had left. I asked to at least change the towels. This request was still met. It turns out that the cleaning person is not exclusive to the hotel. . There is also very little variety in breakfast. The front desk is not staffed 24 hours a day. When I came back to pick up the kids, I changed hotels.

It's about 10-12 minutes' drive from Umass, which is very convenient.
