Hot Spring Hotels in Abano Terme

The hotel has a very nice classical equipment. Unfortunately, the service has not promised us at all. Not suitable for families with children. When check-in we had to know that we had to pay extra 100,- EUR per night for our 5-year-old daughter in our booked Junior suite. She does not need extra bed, breakfast a bread and has needed 3 towels in 4 nights. The service staff was very unfriendly and had no grace yet to speak well. Something was wrong with the booking. I think I have been looking for a hotel room for 2 adults and a child. I wasn't surprised that only 2 people were on the confirmation, because we in Germany pay per room and not per person. The lady then accompanys us to the room. When we asked her to put a bed over both beds, she said no problem, went and was no longer seen. Before she had insisted to bring us into the room and explain everything to us. So we were not explained either WiFi or the beautiful SPA area. Also at breakfast the staff was very distant. I felt that the other guests were treated much more friendly. I think we weren't the hotel's target group. We'll never return there and I'm annoyed about the 1400,- EUR we paid for 4 nights. We wanted to use the hotel to get some recovery after long metering days. That was not the case.

The room is very comfortable and the environment is clean and quiet. It's worth living in this hotel

Excellent indoor/outdoor pool. well maintained. pool staff friendly and helpful. Rooms and structure: unquestionable cleanliness.. large rooms. Not the most modern furnishings. Nice parking lot even if not the most spacious. Efficient and helpful concierge services. Restaurant: only had lunch once. view good variety at the buffet. Helpful staff. An ironic comment was noted, absolutely out of place, especially in a 5 star hotel.

Breakfast is excellent and quiet room. The cleaners are really nice and available. Location at the top

All good services and friendly staff. The standard room is not at the height of a 4****S hotel for old furniture and lack of minimal comfort

Beautiful structure in very central location in Abano , in the Ztl area in the pedestrian passage in the middle of the shops . Have spa and 2 swimming pools of which a beautiful view at 4 floors where I saw a beautiful sunset. Excellent food . I recommend it!!

As soon as we arrived, we had to change the room twice because different things did not go, then to not change continuously as we were tired, we accepted the third room and stayed there despite all things that did not go like: the pad was not going down, the water was not flowing well in the washing room and they had to stir it to flow well, the top of the water circle moved everything, the hair dryer did not work, They had to remove one lamp over the mirror because the electric wire was out, so also dangerous because the nearby shower was there, then they were waving works and close parkings. The Spa is not special. The staff was not as kind and comfortable as it should be. The breakfast is very low. The structure is all to be renovated and the price does not match what you should receive. Sorry I did not take pictures to show you the vision of things, I learned for the next time. All of us were very disappointed and we will no longer return to give all that money to a 4-star hotel that doesn't shine.
