We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in Jan 2020. The hotel location is excellent; 7 minutes walk from JR Hakata Station and 2 minutes to the Canal City shopping mall. It only takes about 10 - 15 minutes from the airport to the hotel by taxi for about JPY2,000 (less than USD20). The front desk is very helpful and friendly. Since the hotel was only opened in Jan 2020, everything is so new. We stayed in a twin bed room with a sofa bed for my teenage child. However, you still feel spacious. The room is clean and comfortable. I like the bathroom which is equipped with shower and bath-tube. There is also a public bath which is absolutely value added. The lobby is very well designed with a touch of Japanese style. When we asked the front line staff to call a taxi for us to go to the airport on our departure, the staff not only took care of our request but also led us the way from the hotel lobby to the parking where the taxi was waiting. I call this genuine service from the heart. This is the first time I give a 5-star review to a hotel. I believe they earn it and desire it, and hopefully they can keep on with it.

Swimming pool is great, even has swim cap and googles for you to borrow. Breakfast restaurant has a good spread and has mentaiko toast! the smoothie fridge is nice with ingredients in the smoothie presented.
In the room, overall it's nice, but small details that made a difference for me was [1] not enough places to hang towels or clothes in bathroom (ex. having more hooks on the wall), and [2] the chair at the writing desk is VERY heavy, and I'm pretty strong, but it feels like it is bolted to the floor.

Good location, size of the room is decent. The ladies outdoor bath is closed during my visit. There is late night food stall right across the street and their ramen and dumplings were outstanding. I also had a bbq beef lunch set near the hotel with a very reasonable price. They provide shopping coupons for lalaport at the lobby. Make sure you get them before heading to lala port ;) Overall, I enjoyed the stay and will visit again!

Good room service and helpful customer services. They helped to order Omakase for us for local Japanese restaurant. Welcome drink good quality. Spa good hygiene with supply of towels, no need to use room towels which earned high satisfaction. However, set breakfast rather than buffet breakfast which was beyond our expectations. 4 set breakfast not much choices during our 7 days stay in hotel. Food left behind most of time due to over size or food not fit the taste. Always food wasting occurred for customers. Will not choose this hotel again if still set breakfast. Anyway Miyako Hotel still earns high rating overall and will be suggested to our friends.

We used the superior room with 4 families. It was a semi double bed x 2 + extra bed x 2, but there was a room size and I didn't feel particularly cramped. The meal was finished outside, so there is no restaurant use. It is a new hotel, so it is a comfortable and clean hotel. The Montreal Group also used in Osaka, but I am satisfied with the overall. Not flashy, but no problem with the minimum service, not more than necessary.

I stayed here for a concert at the PayPay Dome. I had stayed at a different hotel when I had visited the same venue before, but I didn't like the crowded subway on the way back, so I chose this one even though it was a little more expensive. As a result, the location, service, and cleanliness were all great! I also added breakfast when I checked in, which they gladly accepted, and it was a delicious buffet.
It was a hot and humid September, but it was very helpful to have a free shuttle bus that went directly between the nearest station and the hotel. It was also convenient that the regular buses stopped in front of the hotel! The view from the room was amazing, and the sunrise was beautiful.
It was so comfortable that I would only want to stay here again if there was a concert at the Dome!

Croom hotel is a SUPERB 👍🏼hotel! The receptionists were accommodating and helpful, and the room itself was warm and cozy. All of the facilities in the room were kept very clean too. EXTREMELY good locations surrounded with cafe/24hr Aeo supermarket/convinient store/ few minutes walks to Kushida shrine/Canal city mall and many more!

I made a reservation because it was a relatively new hotel. Both check-in and check-out were a little confused about the operation on the machine, but there was no particular problem. However, because it was a stay at the time of the typhoon approaching, I was worried about the effect of the planned suspension of the transportation the next day, and I asked for the extension of the check-out time, and the additional fee of 1000 yen per hour occurred . The basic check-out was until 11 o'clock, and it was said that only 2 hours until 13 o'clock could be extended, and after that, it would be corresponded to the form of a consecutive night, and I wanted to write it on HP. Also, when I asked the front desk whether I could get canned mineral water in the refrigerator in the room, I asked him if he could. I brought it back here, but I felt a little unkind that I didn't write any explanation anywhere. I thought it was unnecessary when I dropped the room number and the Wi-Fi connection ID and password on the paper like the receipt at check-in. There is no breakfast venue in the building, no facilities other than the public bath, so I thought it was suitable for those who want to spend quietly in a sophisticated hotel without waste. I remembered that the other was written, but when I looked at the bed cover, it was like blood. I didn't care about it because I thought it was washing and I couldn't fall down, but I think some people don't feel very good. I hope you will be careful about cleaning.

I've been to Fukuoka multiple times and previously stayed at other establishments that simply cannot match the Ritz. Got a king room for my honeymoon. Really appreciate Sanjay and rest of staff making us feel very appreciated from check-in until departure. The level of attentiveness was impressive, and people here speak good English. Location is quite good, close to metro/bus stops, Ohori park,and plenty of eateries/shopping/yatai's. Room is as modern as you'd expect. Bed and bathroom are very comfortable - other hotels are going to struggle to match this level of sophistication. I really appreciated the amount of space vs the typical Japanese hotel. Great amount of amenities. Minor suggestions for improvement - in-room snacks - we got the impression that several of the snacks were complimentary. After we checked out, we discovered that they were not, an unpleasant surprise. Some better communication here would be valuable. Late check out - as an Elite member at check-in we were told that late check out would be offered. However, on the day of I discovered that I still had to call to ask for late check out, and then I had to wait a bit until they called back to confirm. The small details matter in delivering a flawless experience. Still, these are relatively minor things and overall we were very satisfied with our stay. On our next stay to lovely Fukuoka we'd definitely only stay here. Book it, you won't regret it.

GGuest UserI used this place on my first trip to Fukuoka. I imagined a business hotel, but I had a gift for my children, and I was able to spend fun with my children! The staff 々 was also pleasant with a smile and a very polite response. The facilities were beautiful. Breakfast is delicious with a pot and a crown prince. There is also a large bath, so my husband and son went to the large bath, and I was able to enter the bath in the room slowly. There is no toilet water in the amenities, so women bring it. And the pajamas in the room are made of chemical jersey dough. Like me, the sleeping roll is a cotton style.

Zzh3usFull marks for Dormy Inn, we had impeccable service from the service team over there this time round. As we were using them as a platform to travel throughout Kyushu, we had left some baggage with them while we were away. They were nice enough to keep the baggage for us after they had validated that we have subsequent booking.
The breakfast roast beef was 10/10 best ever, they had an expensive Balmuda Toaster which allows for your toast to be fluffy while crispy and they have a Japanese style breakfast spread consisting of small plates including Mentaiko and Salmon Tartare.
Location is close to Hakata Station, it takes about 12 minutes walk to reach there. Just opposite is FUK Coffee, they serve fantastic expresso coffee and just down the street on the left is an AEON MAX VALUE 24 hour supermarket with cheap bentos, sushi, alcohol and sashimi available. Moving more on the left side direction is a shopping street with Daiso and other amenities.
I have to say that in general, Dormy Inn’s public baths – onsen facilities are top notch, they do not close after midnight (other than the sauna), the shower head is $300 in price from Refa and their hot water mixer taps are not press per use, but those normal ones you just turn on and it runs the water. The public bath is 10/10 fantastic.
During our last night there, Super Typhoon Kong-Rey was in the area and we had huge rainfall. Dormy Inn lent us umbrellas and it was the first time we experienced the fact that many of the guests decided to stay in and not go out. The public bath was full and the free ice cream was almost gone! The free noodles given out from 2130 – 2300 was so full they ran out of noodles and they were nice enough to give the guest that missed out instant versions so that they did not need to leave the hotel in the rain.
Overall I feel that they deserve full 5 stars, I really enjoyed my stay there and wish the staff all the best and thank you for the service!

That is actually located in the prime location of Fukuoka with few top travel spots around like 櫛田神社, Canal City & Tenjin Underground mall. The restaurants around are also nice, especially for the recommended restaurants from the hotel. We had our great first trip to Fukuoka here.

I was surprised that the room was so small. There are no tables or chairs in the room, making it inconvenient to eat. There is a bathtub, but you cannot stretch your legs. It's nice to have a bathhouse (suitable for 4-5 people) on the 3rd and 4th floors. Satisfies the requirements for a hot spring bath with music. Satisfied with luggage storage service. Refrigerator too small. There's almost no place to put food in. They don't even give you water, but they tell you to use a water purifier, but the water tastes weird. I bought some water. Stand up makeup. Dry impossible. The mirror is so small that you have to sit down to see it. Inconvenient to prepare quickly together. The staff are generally friendly. Drinks on the first floor. There is alcohol service, but it is rarely used.

GGuest UserWe stayed in a twin room for 2 consecutive nights. At check-in, I applied ”Eco de Route Inn” (cleaning only towel exchange and garbage collection) and got 2 canned beers. The room was clean, not new or large, and it was easy to use, such as an empty refrigerator and a kettle pot. The view from the window was about the Hakata Station Square from between the next building. There are 6 washrooms in the large communal bath, and it was not crowded after 20:30 on weekdays and holidays, so I was able to take a bath slowly. Breakfast is from 6:45, but I was able to start eating a little earlier than that or was ready early. There was a line at 7:00. The Japanese side dishes including local specialties such as Mentaiko and cucumber were abundant and delicious, but the croissants placed on the edge of the buffet shelf were crispy. It was delicious when I lightly burned with a toaster. After checking out, I had my luggage kept until the evening just before returning home, and I was able to go sightseeing lightly. It was a very convenient hotel for dinner and sightseeing, directly connected to Hakata Station Hakata Bus Terminal.

JJunjunN4I stayed for the first time this time for an early morning flight from Arao's home to Tokyo. It is very beautiful because it is just possible. It is also good that there is a large bath to solve the fatigue of the trip. It is convenient because the family in the facility can be used as it is in the building, and there are seven eleven and pharmacies right across the street. The cafe on the same floor as the cabin is also doing late, and the cafe staff helps when I accidentally went out without a card key (thank you!). The staff was very helpful and I would like to use it again!

GGuest User20 meters away under the window overlooking the room was the Genkai Sea's blue sea and pure white waves.The soft sound of the sea that could be heard all the way to the room was a blissful time that made you forget about your daily life. It was an inn for adults, a couple's inn, that made me feel like I wanted to sit on the sofa by the window and stare at the ocean with my wife all day long, without the need for a TV or radio. As we had booked a cheap meal plan, we had a buffet for breakfast and dinner, but even then, for elderly people like us, there wasn't enough food for us to eat, including sashimi, grilled fish, fried foods, turban shells, fruits, bread, cakes, and more. It may be a limited edition, but in addition to miso soup, Hakata zōni was also available. What impressed me the most was that even though it was such a large hotel, everything inside the hotel, including the outside garden, lobby, rooms, hallways, and public bath, was neat and clean, and as I was leaving, my wife said, ``I want to come again.'' I shook my head and thought so from the bottom of my heart.
