"Leo provided super attentive and warm service, making for an excellent stay! Check-in at the front desk was quick and the staff were patient and thoughtful. The hotel environment is clean and comfortable. The hotel is right across the street from Fenghuang Mountain Park, where you can climb to the top for stunning panoramic views – truly great value for money. The lobby thoughtfully provides information on optional attractions and restaurants, and there's even an ice machine. It's also not far from Kyushu Night Market, making it very convenient for getting around, dining, and entertainment."

"The location is great. There are many shops, eateries and shopping streets within a walking distance from the hotel. Lots of great food even in the middle of the night. The room is really spacious and nice. The beds were comfortable. However, the staff only offered some minimal assistance in the form of verbal explanation to me, a foreign tourist, disappointed that the staff couldnt book a Didi for me. Screams can be heard rather clearly from downstairs in the middle of the night and the lobby is full of cigarette's smell."
