There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it perfect for both leisure trips and short stays. The front desk staff were wonderfully enthusiastic and attentive. Check-in and check-out were swift, with a simple and efficient process. Their gentle and patient demeanor ensured there were no tedious waits, immediately creating a comfortable atmosphere. The hotel's overall environment was spotless and well-maintained. The public areas were bright, clean, and well-ventilated, with no strange odors or clutter. The minimalist yet elegant decor gave it a great vibe. My room was spacious and airy with a logical layout. The natural light and soundproofing were excellent, providing a quiet and undisturbed stay. The bedding was clean, soft, and fluffy, and the mattress was just the right firmness, allowing for complete relaxation and a superb night's sleep."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service Beyond Expectations We had a wonderful experience at Southern Airlines Pearl Hotel during our transit in Dalian. As we were travelling with a young child, several large pieces of luggage, and a late-night flight, we were quite concerned about the transfer arrangements. However, the hotel team went above and beyond to make our journey smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Ms. 孔, Ms. 赵, and Mr. 姜 (Ginger) for their exceptional service and hospitality. They recognised our family's needs immediately and kindly arranged the airport shuttle service for us late at night. They also assisted us with our luggage all the way from the airport to our hotel room with great care and professionalism. Their attentiveness and willingness to help made a tremendous difference to our travel experience. The seamless airport transfer and warm hospitality allowed our family to relax after a long journey. My wife was particularly impressed by the level of service provided. Although the hotel facilities may be comparable to a good airport hotel, the service standard is truly at a 5-star level. Being associated with China Southern Airlines, the hotel clearly demonstrates a high standard of hospitality and customer care. We would also like to thank the front desk staff, shuttle bus driver, and the entire hotel team for their friendliness, efficiency, and dedication. A special thank you as well for the lovely China Southern Airlines souvenir airplane keychain, which brought a big smile to our little one. "This hotel is conveniently located near the Sanba Plaza station, where you can catch the 201 tram for easy access to attractions (the tram runs about every 30 minutes). There's a large supermarket directly across the street and a local market behind the hotel. Taxis are also readily available for getting around. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was incredibly helpful and charming!"

The front desk, knowing there were elderly guests in our party, thoughtfully arranged a quiet room on a lower floor for us. Upon entering the room, they also meticulously explained how to use all the facilities. Every day, the cleaning staff would proactively replenish our drinking water and toiletries while tidying the room, providing warm and thorough service. When we went out, the front desk staff enthusiastically recommended local attractions and specialty foods. There were no flashy gestures, just genuine care and considerate service that made us feel incredibly warm, comfortable, and at ease. We'll definitely choose this place for our next trip."

However, the soundproofing isn't great; you can hear activity in the hallway at night, and the air conditioning is quite noisy. The breakfast selection is limited, and the taste is average. Front desk service is standard, with a somewhat slow response time. The price is moderate, making it fine for a temporary stay, but there's room for improvement in the details."

"I originally booked a king-size bed room without windows, but when I checked in, the front desk lady upgraded me to a family room for free. It has an extra-large double bed and a single bed. The room is large and well decorated. It is very close to Xi'an Road subway station. The price/performance ratio is great. I will stay here again next time. I highly recommend it."

"The room was clean, the hotel environment was particularly beautiful and quiet, the staff was warm and the overall was very good, the traffic was not very convenient, there was no convenience store dining around, you had to take a taxi to the attractions, and you had to buy things. This is not a more suitable place for urban living in a holiday-based way. This time, the elderly mainly live by the sea. The elderly at home are very satisfied with the hotel and the hotel environment!"

"The price is good and the location is decent. There's always security to help with parking. Breakfast is just okay, nothing special. Even though it's a newly renovated hotel in 2024, the shower is still over a wide and high bathtub. It's really easy to slip and fall when stepping out after a shower because the floor gets wet. There's an outlet next to the toilet, but it's an old-style toilet with low flushing power. The funniest thing is that the air conditioning was under maintenance during the May Day holiday? So we could only open the windows for ventilation. Dalian's weather has been so unpredictable lately, hot one minute and cold the next, so not being able to control the room temperature was really uncomfortable. Plus, it was noisy with the windows open. This is really unreasonable; they totally could have checked and fixed it beforehand."
