When I asked about any requests or items, they responded promptly and delivered them. The room, with the air conditioning already turned on, was comfortable, spacious, and bright. The bedding was neat and clean, and the rest of the room was impeccable. The breakfast was also delicious! The environment was great, and the value for money was excellent. Highly recommended! Parking was also convenient, and there were many restaurants and shopping options nearby. The front desk service was also very polite and excellent!

The hotel is very close to Nanyue Temple and Hengshan Visitor Center, with convenient transportation. It is located next to the commercial street and there are many delicious foods nearby. The facilities are quite new, the room is clean and comfortable, and there is a smart toilet. But the check-in experience was not good and the service quality was not satisfactory: 1. The hotel was under renovation when we checked in. On the first day, I told the front desk about the noise caused by the renovation, and the renovation was temporarily suspended for more than half an hour. However, the renovation started before 8 o'clock the next morning, and I couldn't sleep at all. 2. The CCTV in the room could not be tuned in. I called the front desk and they said they were busy and would be up soon. However, after waiting for half an hour and making several phone calls, someone came up to help me turn on CCTV. 3. The check-in was for two nights, but the front desk only wrote one night. When I asked the front desk, they said it was okay. When I came back from the trip the next day, I couldn't get in. Then I asked the front desk, and they said a lot of things, saying that their system can only register for one day, which is a regulation of the Public Security Bureau. The Public Security Bureau requires facial comparison, and they said a lot of other irrelevant things, but they just refused to admit that they made a mistake in their work and caused trouble to the guests. 4. The attitude of the staff was rather cold on the first day and the second morning of the stay. After I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service quality to the front desk on the second night, the service quality improved. On the third day, enthusiasm was clearly visible and the quality of service had improved.

The smart toilet often flushes by itself, and the pillow should be carefully selected, just like sleeping on a cloud, but the feeling of hanging in mid-air made me unable to sleep well all night. The boss is enthusiastic and proactive towards people.

The location of the B&B is very close to the temple, just a five-minute walk. Because the room was fully booked that day, the family of three could only book a double room.
