第一次入住，剛進去的時候還是很驚喜的。園林風很有特色。但是沒人接待，找了好久的正門沒找到，還是電話給前台，前台人員來接待的。這種園林風格的酒店我們經常住，接待還是很重要的一般還會有接駁車，不然讓我們找到什麼時候啊！ 定的行政套在一樓，入住當天有蒼蠅一直飛 然後一直沒熱水。 因為都脱了衣服所以座機打給前台，打了有3.4通一直沒人接。後來是攜程打的訂房電話才聯繫到工作人員，解釋説前台電話壞了？？哈？？？？？ 工作人員幫忙看了一下然後去解決了，然後一直沒解決好説壞了，半夜12點了吧説給我們換房間，哈？？？？ 我都脱了寶寶都快睡了讓我們換房間，沒同意。兑了點熱水洗洗睡了 第二天有工作人員來道歉，説下次給我們補償加了微信，因為是回老公老家找婚房的，酒店的風景我覺得還是不錯的，但是服務還有待提高。 如果年底我的婚房定在這裏，希望酒店人員看到後能好好提高一下服務水平。

這次住的酒店太省心了！房間裏的基礎設施很齊全，床品柔軟乾淨，被子沒有奇怪味道。衞生間乾濕分離，24 小時熱水出得又快又穩定，洗澡特別舒服。衣櫃裏有衣架和備用被子，書桌、枱燈、充電插座的位置也很順手，辦公、追劇都不耽誤，住得很踏實。
