"I brought my elderly parents to Tong, and I want to express my gratitude to the elegant Manager Yang at the front desk and Mr. Zhou, who handled our check-in. Not only did they upgrade our room to a river-view room, but seeing that both my parents are over 90, they also offered complimentary breakfast valued at 69 RMB per person. Thank you very much! Our room faced the Yangtze River, the world's largest river by water volume – our Mother River. Every day, we could see countless boats vying for passage. Even in this era of advanced planes and high-speed trains, I was surprised to see how busy river transportation still is! The room was clean, and the bedding was comfortable. After mopping, the staff always reminded my parents to wait until the floor was dry before moving around! Next to the window, there was a tatami area where we could sit facing each other, sipping tea and discussing historical figures. It could also serve as a bed, allowing us to lie down and watch the majestic Yangtze flow eastward and the sun and moon eternally cycle. Or, we could enjoy the visual feast of ships with children… The hotel has separate laundry rooms for washing and drying, a scenic gym, and the breakfast restaurant is on the top floor, the 49th, offering a fantastic view! Highly recommended!"

"The room was a bit small, but we chose this place primarily for the interaction with the red pandas, so we didn't expect much from the hardware facilities. Both in the afternoon and the next morning, the red pandas came into our room, which was an amazing experience! The only downside was that we couldn't find the ring-tailed lemurs or the bear cubs either time. The staff throughout the zoo were very friendly and proactive in asking about our needs. There's also a free shuttle service between the hotels, though it doesn't go to specific attractions. The food at the Tribe Restaurant was pretty mediocre, but the breakfast buffet the next day was decent with a good variety. For the self-driving safari area, I'd recommend renting a car from the park. If you have young children, choose one with curtains for better protection. If you drive your own car, some animals like horses and sheep can stick their heads through the car windows, which felt a bit unhygienic."

"Check-in was smooth and efficient, thanks to the helpful front desk staff, especially Ennis. The room was clean and bright, and the soundproofing was excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. The public areas were also pleasant. Overall, it was a great experience. Kids might even enjoy watching the delivery robot perform its trick of pressing elevator buttons remotely – very entertaining! 😄"

"I stayed in the Nantong hotel for a weekend while visiting a friend. A lovely hotel, and the room was fantastic. I was on the 50th floor with great views of the city. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff at check in and check out were very friendly. I would stay here again for my next visit to Nantong"
