Check-in was smooth, and they were quick to respond to any requests. Their service was both professional and friendly. The room was meticulously cleaned, even the corners were spotless. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the toiletries were of good quality. The mattress was just right, and the blackout curtains worked perfectly, making for a very quiet night and excellent sleep quality. The breakfast selection was extensive, with hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and freshly ground coffee – I was thoroughly satisfied. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a 24-hour gym and self-service laundry room being very practical, perfect for both business and leisure travel.
