The hotel boasts a beautiful ambiance and well-maintained surroundings, which initially made a great impression. However, we faced two significant problems during our stay. Firstly, the pool area was unsafe. To our shock, there were nails in the pool, and one of them got stuck in my son's toe, causing us distress and inconvenience. This is a major safety concern that needs immediate attention. Secondly, the quality of the quilt provided in our room was extremely poor. It was uncomfortable and didn't match the standards expected from a hotel of this kind. Additionally, the food was sub-par and left much to be desired. While we appreciated the pleasant ambiance and certain aspects of the hotel, the safety issue and lack of quality in basic amenities like bedding and food made our stay less enjoyable. I hope th.
