Entrances to the building are via the private garage in the basement or the public entrance off the pedestrian only street in front of the building.The unit is situated on the famed Gore Creek Drive, a charming, pedestrian only street in the heart of Vail Village. On the street you will be next to a dozen renowned restaurants and shopping, Gore Creek and green space in the back yard, and a short 3-5 minute walk to Gondola One.Parking is in the basement of the building, we have one dedicated space for the apartment. Access is restricted by Check Point Charlie to ensure only guests may access the garage. Parking is best situated for an SUV or smaller, but larger cars (suburbans) can fit. SUV or larger vehicles with roof racks will not fit.Other things to noteThe master bedroom has small exposure to noise from the daily trash pickup on the street below.
