"The room was a disappointment. The carpet was old and looked dirty. Headboard of bed was ripped in many places. In the bathroom we expected a heated floor as advertised but it was not working. The shower stall had a rusty stool. It didn't give a good impression.
We didn't feel our room was prepared for us. We had coffee to make but no cups to drink it in. I went to shower and only one wash cloth was avaliable.
No instructions posted by the heating controls. We had to ask. Quite difficult to see symbols. Noisy heating fan above bed.
Our room needs a mager makeover before I would reccomend anyone staying in this hotel."
