Dark and dingy room that would benefit from a makeover - or a good clean at the very least. We've never stayed anywhere where you get other guests toe nail clippings on the carpet before....!! On arrival we were informed that we wouldn't be getting our pre-booked cooked breakfast as there was no chef, however, to be fair, a refund was issued immediately.... The only plus point at this hotel was the young man in reception, who interrupted his evening meal to check us in and issue a refund for the breakfast.... We would, however, not use this establishment again....

Usual high standards of comfort in the room, food at the adjoining Beefeater was decent enough, a bit expensive for what it was. Wifi was non existent, had to rely on 4G which was also not very strong and was also a bit hit and miss depending where in the room you were

Lots of noise during the night from the appartment above us. We woke up (and I am a deep sleeper...). No breakfast although we made a reservation and paid for it. The restaurant told us the receptionist forgot to book us a table... No alternative options were made. We had to find a breakfast in the supermarket.

We had a pleasant stay here. Very quick and easy check in. Super friendly and helpful staff. We needed a room change, and this was quickly and efficiently sorted. Secure parking. Easy access to Le Shuttle. Would highly recommend staying here.

Sharnee you are a star ⭐ I lost my Apple Watch during a short stay before we travelled to Paris. I think it must have fallen out of my bag when we left the hotel. I called reception and Sharnee couldn't have been more helpful! Sharnee went around the hotel and carpark looking for the missing item and found it! The watch is now in safe keeping and I can honestly say what a relief! Thankyou so much from the bottom of my heart! You have been so unbelievably helpful! Arrived a 20 minutes early, with my daughter. We were ignored to start by giggling staff at reception, then I asked to check in to be told she could not override the system come back later. Through out our stay we felt staff needed training in customer care. Building very tired Would not stay there again, stayed there 5 years ago was totally different experiance

What you get is on the tin. Room was OK as was the bed and reception. Plenty of car parking space. The parking area in front of the hotel maybe full put there is plenty of space to the side and back of the hotel. Breakfast was a bit basic but no complaints. Easy and quick drive to the cross channel ferry terminal.
