This place is very affordable and can be quite busy during the summer. The hotel is older, making it a suitable option for short stays in Djerba if you're looking to save on attractions and overall holiday expenses. It's perfect for those who plan to just eat, sleep, and relax by the pool. However, if you have high expectations, you may be disappointed. Overall, we loved our stay at the hotel. The facilities were clean, and the staff were friendly. The food was tasty, and the bedding was well-maintained. Djerba is my favorite destination, and I have visited many hotels there. I'm happy to share my experience with others.

Please don't waste your money by going to this place especially if you are traveling with children!!! This hotel was absolutely horrible. Before you pay for this hotel just know that you will be expected to pay about £50 before you get your keys! We did not have hot water for 3 days and every time we said something, no-one took notice of what we were saying until we asked the manager to give us the rest of our money for the remaining 4 days so we could book another hotel, we even emailed love holiday who were helpful and refunded us a small portion of the monies we paid, once love holiday reached out to them they moved us to another room. Another problem was that their rooms were cold and the heating did not work properly, they gave us a small heater which helped a little, but this was very stressful especially when you have a 2 year old with you on holiday. The heated pools were turned off, the spa was not open, the were no activities offered like advertised, we had to book a few excursions while we were there so that we wouldn't be sitting in the hotel room all day. We found over 30 cigarettes buds on the children's play pit, it was absolutely disgusting because I toddler accidentally stepped on one and wanted to play with it, when I reported this to reception, they did seem to care. The Hotel was filthy and never vacuumed, they only used broom on some areas. The food was ok, not the best but okay, not a lot of variety especially for breakfast. They "ran" out of milk for 2 days so we could not have hot drinks or cereal. The "night entertainment" was an absolute joke, it was just loud noise that they played until midnight, when we asked them to turn it down because we wanted to sleep, they obviously did not listen. Honestly if you advertise yourself as a family friendly hotel then surely you should try to be accommodating to people who will come to your hotel with children. I loved the island of Djerba as a whole but this horrible hotel really ruined my holiday because it caused more stressed than relaxation.

Omg where to start, we had booked a week at this hotel in March, it took 3 room changes to get a room that was remotely except able, even then a cleaner had to come in and clean it again, we missed lunch with room fiasco so asked where snack bar was and were told there was a cafe 1/2 a mile down road, tried to get a drink no beer no gin the list goes on. Thank god for some other guests who had some duty free and were happy to share. Food one option so no choice at evening meal so dried up chicken or nothing!!! Breakfast stale croissant not over cooked stale and the best bit you could have a cup of tea if you liked it black because no milk!!!! Everything is closed the indoor pool is not heated, you can’t even enjoy sitting on your balcony as furniture is filthy. We couldn’t stand being there anymore so we were checking out, another couple who arrived same day as us had booked flights home that’s how bad it is. Trying to check out was a nightmare they would not return our tourism tax which we had to pay in cash. We kept asking them to call a taxi but wouldn’t after 2 hours a taxi turned up for some other guest and the driver took us first as we were going round the corner. A cheap holiday should not mean that you can’t expect a clean safe environment or that if you are all inclusive you can’t get some edible food and a drink at the only open bar. As much as the few staff there were tried all they could say was sorry until we were checking out and this became quite hostile. We are a well travelled couple and have had many cheap last minute getaways but never never have we expect anything like this, I don’t usually write reviews unless it’s a nice one, but I just feel I have to let people be informed of how bad somewhere is that you only stay one night a pay to go and stay somewhere else. In the summer maybe more of the hotel is open but unless some work is done it’s nowhere near a 4 star

This trip was absolutely unforgettable and this hotel was beautiful. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, with excellent food and amazing drinks. The barman Borhen made our trip exceptionally good, including all front desk staff. The location is a short walking distance from the beach. We will absolutely be visiting here again.

The hotel was good. The rooms need to be improved with cleanliness. The staff are friendly and helpful. The tour man Karime is really good guide person. He took us to the city tour quadra bikes and camel tour which was really worth the money. If you want to book trip I would recommend to talk to Karime he is really friendly and make good deals

This review could have easily been a 1 star. However, on reflection, the price we paid was only £34 a day all inclusive, which included the tax you paid on arrival at check-in. The room was basic but a good size, which included a bath (need to ask for plug as not in room). On arrival, we were given a room with a toilet that didn't flush and a broken toilet seat, which were both resolved quickly. It was out of season, and the room was cold, so I asked for a heater, which again was dealt with quickly. The food offer is very limited and is repetitive, with most days the hot counter offering food being luke warm in temperature. The bar on the afternoon of day three ran out of vodka and gin on the afternoon of day four with neither replaced until the evening of day five with only whisky and buka available for all inclusive guests even though they had spirits in another bar but were only available to paying guests. The gym has an additional charge and has very limited equipment in poor condition. Reception was very helpful in assisting any issues. Most staff are polite enough, and the animation team tries to get to know you. It is located within walking distance of a few cafes / restaurants which we thought were good value for money, which was welcome due to food offer in hotel. The hotel is less than 1/2 a mile from the beach, which is not well maintained, and the two occasions we went were mainly occupied by camel rides. The hotel would appear to have been nice at one time, but it looks like lack of investment over time has taken its toll.

Time of year, reflected in price and I guess what we found. As maintenance work going on in hotel and a lot of local facilities closed. However, recommend the excursions and Karime the tour guide is excellent, knowledgeable and very helpful 😀
