We're happy that we could store our luggage in the morning and return later in the evening to check in. Although the room was small, it's clean and we had a good rest. It has a private parking.

Everything was excellent. The rooms were very clean and the whole place was beautifully designed. The reception staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. A very pleasant stay overall - highly recommended!

Nice clean guesthouse close to high street. Rooms a bit small but no complain for such a competitive price.

Very convenient location close to underground and food places. Really helped having free parking. Lovely patio area and friendly staff. The room was nice but a bit compact. But it was good for the price.

Very friendly staff. Bathroom clean and good size. Room was a bit small for 2 persons, the bed too. All appliances you need are in the room. So i consider it a bit too expensive because of the size of the  room and bed.

The hotel was pleasantly surprising for the price and proximity to Heathrow. Though unfortunately the tube strikes hit us, the connection to the airport via the underground would otherwise be invaluable. As it was, it was still fairly doable to get here from Central London without the tube and I enjoyed experiencing a different area of Greater London. Only difficulty was perhaps the lack of guest entry without pressing a buzzer, which posed a problem in the middle of the night when no one was at the desk!

The hotel itself was in pristine condition however, the room that I stayed in wasn’t clean. There was hair and dust on the bed and blood stain on the runner. The reception lady was generous for letting me check in an hour early so I appreciated that. And General cleanliness is great. It was just the room I was given this time unfortunately.

Location is near walking distance to Hounslow Central tube station. Many outlets for eating and groceries shop , close to Hounslow high street. The whole guest house is quite clean , spacious ,  modernised and eye catching decorations. I booked for the cheapest a small  single room with shared bathroom, even that the room has many things to offer - a small fridge with a free water bottle, a kettle with tea/ coffee and a biscuit warmly welcome showing hospitality, a safe , a hairdryer , hangers and wardrobe, a double fan ! Bedside switch and both usb and sockets close to bed . Bed is comfy and nice pillows .A flat TV ( sometimes signals are not very good but at least easy  to browse and watch )and free WiFi . There is a bigger fridge and a microwave and sitting area downstairs . There is a free car parking which is really a bonus for us and also quite spacious and for at least 12-14 cars and has some shades from trees. The reception and staff are very helpful and kind .I have appointment at 10 in the downtown travel with underground over 1 hr + walking time 15-20 mins and unfortunately there were triple booked at 10 am and a long wait made me come back late by 12:25 but kindly allow to keep my car till I come. All in all, I booked another date in November to come back .

Rooms are very clean. Location is good. Service is great, very friendly staff. Only thing is the floor mats in the shared bathrooms seem to be the same ones that they just hang back onto the drying racks without changing. While that itself is ok, the bathrooms lack hooks or extra towel racks for guests to hang their towels and clothes. This means im hanging my bath towel and clothes on the same drying rack as the floor mats. Please add more racks or hooks in the toilets

I was leave uk from heathrow next day so I booked here and it was a really good night!! I'm solo traveler so room was very comfortable and clean and I love whole house! And the staff in thr counter , he was really kind🥹

No internet connection during my stay and no one helped to fix the issue. The caption needs to be in fine print that it is shared bathroom, did not expect to have to go downstairs for lavatory use.
