Ladies at the reception when checking out really made the stay all the better, great atmosphere, and very kind, although other staff member did not seem as friendly.
There was a stain on one of my white pillows that I immediately saw when about to get into bed.
The key cards were not the best and did give me a hard time when entering as I had to try them multiple times. Transport links are great, it is nicely located within reach of other essential stores, Would recommend if you’re looking for a place to sleep with a partner.

Ideal location for visiting family in the area (also ideal for Heathrow). Nothing wrong with the room, other than it needed a regular clean. The idea of putting a sign out to say “please top up” is fine, but it needs a proper clean at least every other day.

I booked room at Travelodge the hotel is lovely and clean all the staff are very helpful specially Natasia she was great the bar is 24/7 so it’s good any time drink the shops and restaurants are all close by which made me easy to shop and eat over all I had a lovely stay for 2 night with a nice view from 7th floor cya soon again

After having a traumatic experience in losing a house, these people welcomed me and mt family and everyone was really nice. Especially dipesh and abhi. Would recommend everyone to here. The staff are very helpful and available 24/7. They all know how to communicate well too
