Courtyard Houston Westchase Reviews

When we arrived at our first room, we did a walk through. We found the air in the room musty and unpleasant. The toilet was unclean. We immediately went to ask the hotel receptionist for another room or to have someone come and clean it. We were given a second room. The second room had a burned out lamp, with a melted plastic globe, and a non-functioning phone. Once again, we asked the hotel receptionist to send someone to replace the lamp and to connect a working telephone. We got a third room. The third room was cleaner, better smelling, and the phone and lamps were working ok. There was a leaking faucet in the tub, but we were fine with that. I was glad the hotel receptionist was helpful in getting us cleaner room, with better working devices. Sadly, the next day, I asked for an office area where I could use a computer and internet, and they said the computer was not working.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Christine at check in went above and beyond to make sure are stay was wonderful and that it was The room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. Thank you so much Christine for a awesome and wonderful s Quite stay.

This Courtyard location has really improved. Christine is the sweetest & is always so accommodating.

Good Location in Westchase Area. New, clean rooms with good facilities.

The hotel design has some problems. It's a long way to get off the elevator, from one side of the corridor to the other. The room smells, as if the carpet is damp, a little musty, not good. There is a small refrigerator, but no microwave.

Some of the rooms were not cleaned for one or two days, or the towels were not changed. The air conditioner in the room was either very cold when turned on, or a bit stuffy when turned off. In short, the experience was average.

Pushing open the floor-to-ceiling windows is the swimming pool in the middle of the hotel. It is very close to China Town and 10 minutes to the water wall. Very convenient hotel. I will choose here again next time I come, it’s very good 👍

The good things first, it's quieter, safer, and within walking distance of Kroger, which adds 100 points The bad things, parking is charged, there aren't many in Houston, and if you don't catch up with the cleaning in the morning, you'll miss the day. The location is good, there is a big supermarket next to it, which can solve the food problem. However, the hotel environment and service are average. The waiter actually said that only my room did not have a hair dryer because it was broken and there was not much. I was so angry that I directly said that it was your problem and I had to buy one! The coffee machine was also out of order and couldn't boil hot water. All in all the worst hotel on this trip.
