Our aircontioner wasn't working properly and went from freezing cold to very warm. The day of our departure to catch a flight neither elevator worked and we had very heavy suitcases. I told the front desk of our complaints. Due to the elevator issue we missed our flight and had to take another flight.

Good hotel Nice hotel across the street from the Houston Hobby airport terminal. Comfortable bed. The neighborhood is a little sketchy and there are not many places to eat within walking distance.
