The reception desk very helpful and friendly, they make your satay easy and comfort. the breakfast very good, but the breakfast supervisor was little unfriendly.

Good service, some issues
Comfortable and convenient. Has everything you need right within the facility. Staff were kind, helpful and efficient. The one issue was a seeming lack of hot water. I was in a hurry so didn't complain or inform the staff until I checked out.

All areas was very clean.. Biggest problem we had was only 1 person working front desk, and took forever to check in.. Elevators also needed some repair, they move very slow..

It was quite inconvenient to be using just one elevator while several others were non-functional. Otherwise my stay there was very pleasant.
