Hotel warmly welcomed me at the reception and checkin was smooth with some chit-chat and got a room on the top floor which was clean and spacious. Bed hard but still managed to sleep well. Location is convenient.

When I arrive the hotel, i was initially "shock" from the hotel outlook. However from the staff greeting and entering the assigned room, this impression changed, as it eventually turn out to be better than i originally expected. Staff attitude and room cleanliness was good and a decent breakfast provided. Value for money for business stay.

The room was a little old but generally comfortable and nice. It's not too far from the train station.

Staff really helpful. Hotel centrally located but no parking which was a pain. Very clean. Gym needs some weights. Breakfast was a hit with one party member but not the other.

The food is good, the facilities are a little old but the environment is hygienic. The premium during holidays is unacceptable. It is inconvenient that the hotel does not have parking spaces. It is not easy to park nearby. You can only find a parking lot

There is a free coffee machine next to the service desk on the first floor, which I think is good👍 Very friendly to people who have the habit of drinking coffee.

The soundproofing facilities are not good, and the sounds of people walking or talking in the corridor can be heard in the room. The gym is only open until 9pm, hopefully it can be open until 10pm.

Although the room facilities are old, they are complete. The shower water is big and refreshing. The bed and pillow are also comfortable to sleep. Since the room is facing the street, it is a bit cold, so it is recommended to wear earplugs when sleeping. The air conditioner will not blow on your head, which is reasonable.

The hotel is a bit old and the toilets are a bit clogged, but the service from the lady at the counter was very good. I immediately moved to another room. Although there was also a problem with the lights in the other room, it didn't matter. The breakfast porridge and side dishes were average, but the other dishes were delicious! The accommodation and food are average, but the location is good. It's very close to attractions and stations. There are also hypermarkets nearby. The living functions are good. Overall, it's OK. It's worth staying here again. I really want to thank the lady at the front desk for helping us change rooms and handle the situation. I give this lady 100 points👍

It's an old hotel, it's nice to stay in, and the service staff are very friendly! It is quite suitable for business or family and friends travel. It provides breakfast service. Otherwise, there seems to be no breakfast shop nearby. It's ok!
