Clean and tidy. Just 300 meters next to Hsinchu Railway Station, there is a convenience store nearby. The service is very good. Economical and affordable. Great value for money. If I have the opportunity, I will stay here again.

The original 502 bathtub was broken and replaced with 303, the living room became larger but the bathtub became smaller, the room was not ventilated, and the breakfast service was good!

Not bad for a stay

So far so good but the bad things is there is a deposit through your credit or visa card when you book and pay at the hotel. After payment on the hotel, I really do not know when they will refund the deposit that they took on my visa card.

The location is good, very close to the train station, there are parking spaces available, there are many delicious foods nearby, the business district and the famous Chenghuang Temple are also nearby, suitable for simple light travel and business accommodation, the most important thing is that there is a buffet breakfast

My husband and I stay at Yuhao for 14 days. We really appreciate the hospitality we received from the hotel staff. Since this hotel converted into a quarantine hotel, I will rate this hotel based on service received during this quarantine period. The hotel is clean and did very well with sanitization. They did well on 0 contact including food delivery and check in/out.There is a window, so we can at least see the bright sky during the time. Wi-Fi is fast so that we can still keep working without interruption. The best part of this hotel is its STAFF. Under the manager, Mr. Chen's, leadership, the staff is super sweet and helpful. They deliver Ubereat stuff really fast! Whatever request we had, they responded promptly through LINE and acted in a professional manner. They even helped out to print out some documents we needed. They have their own kitchen, and I LOVE the chef! Instead of eating food from different places, the chef cooked most of the meals. When we need to go out to do something, the chef even prepared lunch boxes for us early. The location is ideal, and it makes travel to places much easier. This hotel will be my go to hotel when I return Hsinchu! I recommend this hotel highly!

The bathroom is clean and the bed is clean and comfortable The reception staff are friendly and helpful; there is an optional breakfast, and the parking area is at the Hsinchu Baseball Stadium opposite and there is a subsidy for accommodation. Overall, it is a good choice.

The place is convenient. It is close to the train station. There is also a locomotive parking lot next to it. The sound insulation is not very good. There is a smell of smoke. The water is also hot and cold. The bathtub is still dangerous. Be careful. It is a bit high. Even the toiletries are made into a basket and placed on the bed. How lazy is it? The toilet is dirty like it is not clean. I am the first time I have encountered a tenant who goes out and asks to go there. I am so worried that I can use an electronic lock. The service attitude is not very good. The lost thing has been confirmed for a long time. I have to call again to ask. I don’t want to deal with it. This time it is. Consumption for the third time, but this time I really don't feel very good. I won't go to consume anymore.

The check-in speed is quite fast. The special parking lot is upstairs in the mall very close. It is quite convenient to cross the road. There are no facilities in the hotel, but there is a basic breakfast. For this stay amount, the meal part is OK. There are fried rice, vegetables, meat, porridge, soup, salad, fruit, toast and toast, cereal, and drinks such as coffee, milk, juice.  The room is really small , it is cleaned and the supplies are all ready. In addition to the small space, there is nothing to be picky about.  You can walk to Dongmen Market, there are also some restaurants nearby, and the shopping mall with the special parking lot can also be strolled around the hotel. It is also easy to find a place to eat and drink near the hotel. The location is also convenient.
