Environment: The layout of the hotel lobby and rooms is carefully designed and comfortable to look at, in line with the standards of a five-star hotel. Service: Xinxin and Tongtong. The two services are very enthusiastic and thoughtful. Because we booked two rooms for a family, the rooms were arranged together. The front desk also upgraded the room type for free. 酒店硬件很好，迎賓服務也不錯。早餐很豐盛，有滑縣特產道口燒雞，停車場停車很方便，晚飯後可以下樓散散步。細節方面有待完善：1.建議方便配鞋拔子方便客人穿鞋；2.8509房間淋浴房與衞生間中間玻璃底部有輕微漏水現象，建議保潔查看報修；3. 8509房間洗手枱出水涼水很小，全是熱水很燙。建議查看維修。
