Had a wonderful stay at the Baan Duangkaew Resort. The place was well located, clean, swimming pool was amazing, hot water and AC were more than adequate. The staff were all warm and welcoming. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Although, for people who wish to sleep early on weekends can find the music next door, Cicada market, to be quite loud. It has nothing to do with the resort though, so can't fault it. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Looking forward to staying here again.

The location was fine. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on it. The rooms looked exactly like the photos, and everything was good.

There are two markets nearby. The Cicada Market sells some artistic handicrafts and clothing, as well as some food stalls with a higher sense of quality. The Tamarind Market is mainly for food and is cheaper. The market performances before 11 o'clock on weekends have a little impact on the room. After 11 o'clock, it is relatively quiet. The feeling of the independent house facing the swimming pool is still more casual than the general hotel. Breakfast is ordered one day in advance and delivered to the terrace at the door in the morning. The privacy is quite good! Since there are only 11 rooms, not many people use the swimming pool, which is quite comfortable! It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach. You can watch the sunrise in the morning 🌅 and ride horses on the beach.

One of the best places in the Hua Hin area Clean, fresh and updated pool, each room has its own area with sun loungers, two markets with a huge selection of cheap food, cafes, massages nearby. There were doubts when booking based on the photo, but this is really the best offer! We rested for three days - by all indicators, we were very pleased, a definite recommendation! We visited five equally worthy places during our vacation, but this is the best♥️ Book and don't even think about choosing! 💪

There's so much I don't want to say about this hotel, but I have to! It's... terrible... the worst hotel I've stayed in during my six trips to Hua Hin! I'll just highlight a few points! They're also unbearable. 1. The room is dated, and the furniture, amenities, and towels (not even as good as the towels in 3-star hotels in China, so hard you can scrub yourself in the shower) are completely out of place for the price! 2. The air conditioning isn't centrally located, but instead has a wall unit directly opposite the bed. At night, you can't turn the AC on or off! It's incredibly noisy! 3. Once you check in, they don't change your bath towels, bathrobes, toothbrushes, or even bed linens! We only gave them two new bath towels after paying the bill and asking for them! This is the most unbearable thing! 4. Bedding (sheets, quilts, pillows? I don't know why, but several people had itching after falling asleep at night! I don't know if it was mites? In the end, I could only wear sunscreen and pants to sleep! This is once again unbearable! 5. The hotel does not support early check-out, and even if you check out, the subsequent room fee will not be refunded! (Ctrip shows that you can check out early) This is also because I couldn't sleep and had to check out early! 6. The breakfast provided is extremely poor. Not only is it unpalatable, but they also provide you with meals based on their mood. If you make a reservation, they either don't give it to you, or they send the wrong meal, and you have to go to the kitchen to get it yourself. 7. Location, It's tucked away in a small alley next to the Cicada Night Market, completely unsafe. At night, there's only an old man guarding the door, and I wonder if I'll have to rescue him too if something goes wrong. Another thing is that it's quite a distance from the beach... During the day, it takes 5-8 minutes to walk to the beach, with only a small staircase leading nowhere. At night, it's pitch black, making it impossible to get down to the beach, let alone enjoy it. Basic safety isn't guaranteed. 8. The service is abysmal. There's only one person at the front desk, and they're constantly complaining about this and that. It's unbelievable! Finally, for around 800 RMB per night, the price per room is completely unrealistic. Don't fall for it! Don't! Fall for it! Comrades!

Wonderful cozy houses with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Two swimming pools in the shade of trees delighted us throughout our stay. Breakfast was brought directly to the houses, and birdsong woke us up in the morning. Just a fairy tale. The hotel is very conveniently located for visiting Tamarind and Cicada market. Book now, you won't regret it!

The rooms are very good, clean, private, have various equipment to use, including umbrellas, shoes, and 2 swimming pools, very shady. Food is served right in front of the room, very comfortable.

The service staff is very good. There is parking, a swimming pool, a restaurant, and delicious breakfast. You can choose to have food served right in front of your room. The location is close to the market. Lots of food to eat while traveling. Walking to the sea is very close. I'm very impressed. A garden with birds in the middle of large city buildings. A very atmospheric place, we liked it so much that we extended our stay. Nice staff, delicious breakfasts, birds singing around the clock. Near the beach and a large market.

Great hotel

The price/performance ratio is not bad. It's a three-minute walk to the beach. It's inconvenient to get in. You have to climb stairs to the front desk with your children, and then you have to go downstairs. There are too many mosquitoes here.
