The beach is a little longer, but still close, especially if you know how to cross the road without crossing. The hotel itself is on a small road that connects to the main road. It's well-lit; I walked there until 9 pm without any worries (though walking late is a bit uncomfortable).
Very friendly staff, cozy grounds. Large rooms, although simply furnished, are well-maintained and clean. Great little kitchen with a kettle, balcony, and a nice bathroom. Plenty of space, a sofa, table, and closet.
The only downside is the hot water in the bathroom isn't very hot. But maybe I just don't know how to use their instant-on heaters.
