Very impressive! The dining is excellent, the staff are exceptional, and the rooms are spotless. I stayed in the executive suite for about two weeks. It is a nice place to go for breakfast and dinner. The best Western breakfast in Huai'an is definitely there in the Pullman.
The restaurant that serves local cuisine, Huaiyin Cai, is superb.
Having stayed in this hotel many times, I have to say that it is just a wonderful experience. The lobby bar has a very nice selection of drinks. The friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever seen in China are in the Pullman in Huai'an. The classiest place in Huai'an is their executive lounge.
It is attached to a large shopping mall, and there is a 7-11 very close by. Many of the staff speak English well. That is a nice hotel!

I often go to Huai'an on business trips, so I hope to find a chain hotel. I accidentally discovered Pullman and tried it once. It really lived up to my expectations. The hotel room was new, the front desk manager was enthusiastic, especially John, who enthusiastically upgraded the deluxe king-size room. The room was very grand, with 270-degree lighting and a wide view. He also recommended the restaurant on the 4th floor, saving time to go out for food. After checking out, John also took the initiative to ask about the stay experience and areas that need improvement. Full marks for professionalism 💯 The best hotel for business trips
