San Want Hotel

The hotel belongs to the Want Want Group, and the location is very good. It is very close to the nearby Li Canal Scenic Area, and there are many shopping malls and restaurants around. The hotel's open-air parking lot is super large. The 16th floor where I stayed has a wide view, and the 6 elevators are convenient to get up and down. The breakfast is quite satisfactory, and fruit and snacks are also provided. The interior decoration, the furniture is a bit old but it is still clean, the shower water flow is super strong and cool. The only disadvantage is that the air conditioner may be too old to operate and the sound is too loud, and the TV is a bit poor. Overall, it is a satisfactory hotel experience.

The arrangement was a conjoined room, that is, the two rooms were originally connected, but the door was locked! The sound insulation effect is not good, the people next door are still talking at 11 o'clock at night, it is too noisy. After contacting the front desk, I changed the room. Generally OK, the facilities are relatively old.

It's really dirty. It's the most speechless time I've stayed in so many hotels on a business trip. It's already 9:00 p.m., so I'm too tired to deal with it all night. The bed can sag more than half of it when you sit on it, and your back hurts after sleeping. The inside of the disposable toothbrush bag is dirty. It’s a waste of your feelings for Wangwang. Don’t be fooled.

十分失望的一次入住選擇，本來是想定鼎力，後來還是選擇神旺，因為直接之前的早餐給我們很好的體驗，結果這一次再入住，服務員説早餐被外包了，然後去吃了確實差了很多，找了半天沒什麼吃的，收費38元一份真的在砸自己的招牌，本身酒店就設備老化，如果服務再跟不上，那估計離關門大吉也不遠了。

非常非常差的住店體驗，強烈不推薦 幾乎毀了在淮安的整個行程 設施：酒店客房存在非常大的安全漏洞，部分客房的地面不平，有5cm左右的台階，而且標識不明顯，入住時前台和客房服務員都沒有提示。家中長者因為這個台階被絆倒，膝蓋和胸部磕傷！換的房間窗户有管不緊，外面颳風，聽着和“鬼叫”一樣，因為配長者去醫院檢查，改到後半夜實在搬不動了，結果服務員來用膠帶貼了一下才改善。然後來維修的師傅説，他已經貼了好幾間房了，這樣的酒店設施簡直絕了。 服務：完完全全的“主人翁精神”，從服務員到值班經理，在出現客人被絆倒受傷後，完全沒有主動解決問題的態度，都是我們報警和給攜程平台打電話介入後再給出方案，真的很差，很寒心！ 折騰一晚上基本就沒休息，還不願意退房費，結果衹能免一間房，還好攜程態度不錯，補償了另一間房。 這樣的酒店真是很不應該，外表看着不錯，實則從設施到服務都是一塌糊塗。

酒店還是很忙的，在離淮安萬達很近的地方，入住時直接填寫停車需求挺好的，不需要我們主動要求給停車券直接給錄入系統。 房間裏面設施稍微舊了一點，不過配備很齊全，房間很乾凈，隔音很好。有給準備歡迎水果，還有免費的幾樣小零食，才知道是旺旺旗下的，到處都是大眼旺仔的元素，怪可愛的。 住了兩天，唯一小小的不足就是早餐，品類應該再好一點，有咖啡機但不能用，過年人太多，準備不過來？

方方面面都特別滿意！對小朋友很友好，訂了大嘴猴主題房，佈置特別可愛，房間挺大很乾凈沒有異味。走廊裏有一股老酒店的老地毯的味道哈哈！大堂到處都是旺旺！特別喜慶，還可以買旺旺紀念品。飲料販售機買了QQ糖給娃吃！我小學時候吃的糖，我的娃都上小學了還在賣，很厲害！娃也很愛吃。特別推薦！對面就是萬達廣場，很方便 。
