The hotel is in an excellent location. Across the road is Wanda Plaza. There are many places to eat and shop around. It is not far from attractions and is half an hour's drive from West Amusement Park. The room facilities are a bit outdated and would be better if renovated. The bed in the double room is extra large, making it stress-free for a family of three. The child ate something bad and soiled the bedding. It was very hard for the waiter to change the bed sheets at night. It was reasonable to pay the appropriate cleaning fee. The service attitude of Song Ruping and Zhu Wenjuan at the front desk is very good, praise, overall very satisfied, five-star praise, much better than the Huai'an Hotel in the suburbs!

The most impressive thing about this hotel is the warmth and thoughtfulness. All the staff members we met were doing their best to provide good service. Before arriving at the hotel, the hotel took the initiative to call us; when we arrived at the hotel, we took the initiative to help us carry our luggage and send it to the room, and also sent welcome fruits (I only remembered to take pictures when I ate half of the cherry tomatoes). Almost every staff member we met was smiling, proactive, kind, and helpful. For example, when we learned that we were going to Hexia Ancient Town, the beautiful woman we met in the elevator took the initiative to tell us the convenient and fast way to travel and the route; when we missed the lunch time at the suitable restaurant and returned to the hotel exhausted, although the hotel restaurant was also on break time, they arranged as much as possible according to our needs, and improvised creativity (not on the menu): one portion of Yangchun noodles with stir-fried meat topping for each person! No extra money was charged! Isn't it touching? A big 👍🏻 thank you to all the hotel staff who provided us with warm service and help! To ​​be fair, the hotel's facilities still have room for improvement compared with international brand five-star hotels.

The building where the lobby is located is decorated in a very stylish way. The breakfast is very rich. The dishes in the Chinese restaurant are very local. The fish head soup is delicious. But I have to complain: the elevator in Building 4 occasionally clangs during operation, which is very noisy and feels bad. It is rare to see it in a hotel of this level.
