Huaihua Atour Hotel (Wanda Plaza South High-speed Railway Station)

As usual, I stayed at Atour on a business trip. It was acceptable in every way. The TV, bedding, and floor-to-ceiling windows more than satisfied my needs. Unfortunately, there's no smart toilet, though it wouldn't cost much to replace it. I'm sure the occupancy rate will increase.

When I booked the room, I clearly noted that I wanted to check in early. However, when I arrived, I was told that the room was not cleaned and I needed to wait half an hour. I can understand this, as it was the weekend and there would be more people. I didn't say anything and just waited for it to be cleaned. I sat there waiting for almost an hour, and no one came to remind me that I could check in after the room was cleaned. They had to wait for me to ask, and then I could check in. When I got to the room, I was in a hurry to use the bathroom, so I didn't pay attention to the hygiene. As a result, I found a toothpaste cap in the toilet. Because I was in a hurry to use the bathroom, I flushed it directly. Afterwards, I found a lot of oil stains on the towels, and even some unknown hairs. There was also scale on the shower head, which I tried to pick off with a tissue. Later, I contacted the front desk, and they first said they would change two towels for me, and then they said they would change my room. They did check the new room several times, and it was indeed much cleaner. Later, when I ran water to brush my teeth, the water always had an unknown smell. I don't know if it was the smell of disinfection or rust. In short, it made me feel uncomfortable. Later, I used mineral water to brush my teeth. The TV network in the room seemed unstable, and I couldn't cast the screen on my phone. The projector was disconnected again. I tried using two phones but it didn't seem to work. The air conditioner was also useless. It was very hot at night. I turned on the air conditioner to 16 degrees. The higher it was, the higher the indoor temperature reached 30 degrees. I woke up in the middle of the night because of the heat. I turned off the air conditioner and opened the window to fall asleep. I have stayed in many Yaduo hotels, but this experience was really bad.

The room is old and the service attitude is poor. Anyway, it is next to the high-speed rail station. It doesn't matter if it kills passers-by.
