Kyriad Marvelous Hotel 3.0 Huaihua South High-speed Railway Station In The Beautiful Time

I've stayed here more than once and have given serious reviews before. Overall, the value for money is very high. However, I'm currently not very friendly to people who are sensitive to smells, but other aspects are very good. (The picture is repeated and the problem is the same)

It was a truly perfect stay. From the moment we made our reservation, they called to ask if we were traveling with children so they could arrange for their belongings to be brought to the room first. It was raining when we arrived, and the front desk lady, Jinyue, made two special trips back and forth with an umbrella. After we checked in, they helped us carry our luggage to the room. Before we could even rest, fruit arrived. They also provided mosquito repellent in the room and reminded us to close the windows in case it rained. We had a peaceful night. The next day, when we checked out, they met us and escorted us to a taxi. Finally, I left a necklace at the hotel. It wasn't expensive, but they kept it safe and mailed it to me. It was a thoughtful experience.

房間不錯的，服務很貼心，前台有百寶箱，本來還想着這接站服務怎麼聯繫，剛好前台就打電話來問啥時候到酒店 提前安排房間 就這麼聯繫上了，真是正是時候，到酒店也是安排升級了房間，酒店的位置很好，樓層高，看下去夜景也不錯的，推薦。

這次住的酒店超出預期！從進門開始就很舒服，前台小姐姐態度特別温和，入住登記快，還主動提醒了附近好吃的本地菜館早上的早餐種類不算多但很實在，粥品、包子都熱乎，咖啡也不是速溶的。

房間腥味很重，換了一間房客服放了香水，但廉價的回收料水拖鞋臭不可聞，洗手盆裏有死蚊子，和衞生堪憂，懶得再換了，這四鑽水份太大了。退房和前台吐槽，前台也愛理不理的。
