房間腥味很重，換了一間房客服放了香水，但廉價的回收料水拖鞋臭不可聞，洗手盆裏有死蚊子，和衞生堪憂，懶得再換了，這四鑽水份太大了。退房和前台吐槽，前台也愛理不理的。

可以説得少有的完美入住體驗 從下完訂單就有打電話先問有沒有帶小孩 可以先安排小孩的物品進房間 剛好我們需要 到酒店的時候在下雨 前台金月小妹妹特地拿傘來回跑了兩趟 入住辦好 幫我們提行李送到房間 還沒歇好 水果又送水果來了 還在房間幫我們把驅蚊液安排好 叮囑下雨天記得關下窗户 安穩度過了一夜 第二天退房遇到又把我們送到出租車上 完了一條項鍊落在酒店 項鍊不貴 都好好的幫我保存着 郵寄過來了 真是貼心的一下入住之旅

酒店前台服務很貼心，還幫忙拿行李，還給我們送了早餐券，房間也乾淨衞生，還有語音智能很方便，酒店位置也很好樓下有個大超市，想吃什麼電梯直接就到超市了，早餐米粉很好吃😋

我們是退休夫妻自駕遊一路走到懷化市的，昨天在攜程上找的這家凱里亞德酒店很滿意，是新裝修的，正好在一個大的十字路口，門口很寬敞，可以免費停車，前台小妹妹又漂亮又熱情，服務態度很好很貼心，幫我們免費升級了房間，進入房間也沒讓我們失望，房間寬敞明亮乾淨整潔，床上用品很新很舒服，衞生間還是自能馬桶，房間的顏色佈局燈光都很喜歡，沒有異味，強烈推薦給大家。

打車很方便 ，離熱鬧的步步高廣場、萬達廣場也近，晚上可以逛商場，這裏離高鐵站非常近，打車5分鐘就到高鐵南站了。酒店早餐品種豐富， 有水果、糕點、牛奶等應有盡有。房間很大， 比較寬敞明亮；有機器人送外賣，我女兒超喜歡。酒店大廳有小賣部，價格也比較親民。非常值得入住的一家酒店！！！
