酒店前台服務態度好，免費提供了購物袋和交通指南。房間內採光比較好，電視屏幕大清晰度也高。還支持一鍵投屏。窗簾遮光性好，智能化控制。手機信號和Wi-Fi速度比較快，洗澡水剛好合適。性價比高，以後經常會來。

早上下那麼大的雨，真的太難打車了，高鐵衹能延期沒有辦法。酒店工作人員看我等了好久，上前詢問是不是要幫助，跟他們説明瞭情況。大概五分鐘左右，酒店就派車送我了，非常感動，司機小李服務也特別熱情。下次來懷化繼續住珈禾至尊酒店。

每次出差來懷化都是住珈禾至尊，主要是酒店環境好，住起來很舒服。約了朋友談事，也比較方便安靜。在大廳到處走走，還不停的有服務員給我打招呼。搞得我都不好意思了，趕緊找個地方坐坐，實在太熱情了，有點招架不住。

酒店位置不錯特別安靜，進大門就是超大超寬的停車場，非常容易找。閨蜜訂婚特意從外地趕過來，順便幫她參考參考珈禾酒店的婚宴場地。哇，好喜歡星空主題的：星願廳，確定是我們所有女生嚮往的婚禮佈置💒

每次都是住這間有茶室的房間，超級喜歡這間大茶室，設計一流給人清新淡雅的感覺。晚上約幾個朋友來喝茶，超讚。不僅可以喝茶，還可以住在這裏，泡個大大的浴缸澡，別提有多爽了。真的好喜歡好喜歡💕

酒店位於新市政府對面，離市區也比較近。酒店主要是安靜，住宿環境也非常好。客房夜間與室外一點噪音都沒有，對於容易失眠的人來説，睡眠質量有明顯的改善。總體來説，非常滿意，以後還會來住。
