一次非常好的住宿體驗！酒店位置很方便，離高鐵站10分鐘車程，一進門就遇到笑得甜甜的前台小姐姐，熱情温柔專業。大廳有辦公區、自助飲吧，工作人員還很熱心的教我們使用咖啡機，酒店的咖啡很香，金桂烏龍茶和蜜桃烏龍茶都很好喝。房間寬敞明亮，視野很好。超喜歡裏面明亮的橙色配色，輕快活潑。房間裏小冰箱、微波爐、碗筷勺子叉子一應俱全，很適合家庭旅居。早餐也很豐富，本地粉面真的很好吃，推薦推薦！下次來懷化一定會選擇再住這裏！

設施：房內配有膠囊咖啡機、手持熨燙機，大堂也有茶水與咖啡免費提供，贊！但還是存在電話機水晶口接觸不良、淋浴間的水串到衞生間、花曬漏水等問題。
衞生：房間衞生間的地漏氣味重、早餐區筷子筒有明顯油垢，建議筷子與勺子的存在更加衞生與健康。
服務：新酒店、環境位置、硬軟件服務還可以，退房客服經理也諮詢了入住感受👍

第一次住惠庭這個產品就覺得很有意思。雖然是由國內團隊特許經營。但也充分體現了希爾頓逐漸向國內同行學習，把國外更加新穎的品牌引入國內。把茶，咖啡放到大堂，眾多的茶包以及風味醬，讓顧客路過大堂都能來倒一杯水，感受冬日暖意、夏日清涼。自助的模式也賦予了更多選擇，同時服務也能更好的標準化！定位非常明確清晰的，年輕家庭旅行產品，很值得體驗。不得不提酒店的前廳工作人員非常熱情，特別是Zoe小姐姐，床品也舒適，一整夜都睡的很香！

細節控狂喜!房間裏有無線充，插座也帶USB接口，床頭有小夜燈，房間裏還有小冰箱，微波爐，非常方便。前廳mia服務更是沒話説，我忘帶充電器，前台直接送來備用的。位置離商圈近，但一點不吵，下次帶家人來還選這兒!

無可挑剔的入住體驗，細節之處見真章！房間窗明幾凈，完全可以放心光腳在房間走路，衞生間是讓我最放心的地方，馬桶、面盆和淋浴間都清潔得閃閃發亮，沒有任何死角。床品柔軟舒服，睡眠質量特別好。
其次，服務真正做到了貼心。前台Stella 辦理入住快速高效，工作人員始終面帶微笑。退房的時候還貼心的為我們準備了水和小零食。另外，服務的響應速度也很快，需要什麼物品打電話後馬上就送到了。
總之是一次物超所值的入住。無論是嚴謹的衞生管理還是充滿人情味的服務，都讓我有再次入住的強烈願望，也會毫不猶豫地推薦給身邊的朋友！

希爾頓旗下的酒店衞生跟服務都是沒話説的，一進大廳就是熟悉的味道。房間用的洗護用品是彼得羅夫也是我非常喜歡的，床墊是舒達的，躺上就能入睡。早餐還特別的豐富，牛仔骨、雞翅、沙拉、咖啡很符合我的口味，特別推薦小混沌！現包的！不得不提的是酒店服務，不管是餐廳還是前台都是句句有迴應，尤其是Stella小姐姐非常感謝她推薦的懷化美食。推薦大家都來體驗！
