酒店大廳很大氣，前台服務態度很好，一進大廳就給倒茶水喝，酒店是新裝修的，很大氣，房間裏的設施設備齊全，空調效果很好，床睡着也很舒服，需要什麼東西不管多晚聯繫前台，都安排機器人給送到房間，非常滿意的一次入住

房間設施完善，還給我免費升級了投影房，衞生乾淨整潔，環境優美，有兩個停車場酒店大廳外面和地下停車場，停車方便，位置就在懷化體育中心附近，離湖天中學走路幾分鐘就可到達，很不錯可以贊

一進入大廳就感覺酒店很大氣，在休息區沙發上稍做了一會，前台服務員給我們到了杯茶，必須給服務點贊，房間裏裝修很新，設施設備齊全，房間裏的衞生做的很乾凈，睡得很舒服，離宏宇中學也很近
