前台接待熱情周到，辦理入住迅速，主動介紹酒店設施及周邊景點。行李員全程協助搬運，細節貼心。衞生：整體乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，無衞生死角。設施：配備智能馬桶、高清電視、迷你吧，浴室乾濕分離，但淋浴水壓略不穩定。景觀：房間朝向市中心，夜景迷人，隔音效果良好，睡眠未受干擾。

第二次出差入住這一次簡直把人住崩潰入住的時候前台在打牌這都無所謂咯給辦了入住然後凌晨兩點多外面好吵我想可能是來旅遊的家庭剛入住就算了。一直持續到凌晨三點多，又喊又叫的，根本沒有服務人員干預。然後我開門想看下怎麼回事，搞不懂為什麼會有人兩三點一羣人在一個大床房大喊大叫也沒人管，入住不需要登記身份證的嗎？結果房門自動關掉把我關在房外。我衹好打着赤腳穿着睡衣走到一樓去找服務員開門。這都不是最氣的，最氣的是喊服務員喊了好多聲都沒反應，喊醒以後也不起來，還躺着問我你哪間房我説了房號以後還反問我一句啊這個房間有人嗎？這個時候我是很生氣的，凌晨被吵醒，光腳被關在房外，叫服務員開門不僅沒有任何動作還躺在那裡反問我，這個時候不是應該起來查一下嗎總之以後不會再來了，太差了。

房間白天空調有吹風，但風機吹出的風不冷，在房間有點熱，服務員搬颱風扇來，勉強度過，晚上空調才有點效果，前台小姑娘和服務員大嬸態度很好，遇到問題能夠及時解決。

空調製冷很慢，到第二天早上都很熱，馬桶沒有一次性馬桶套，尤其是洗手枱上還有假睫毛跟短頭髮，跟他們反應都不説解決措施，房間裏的一次性浴巾居然收費！
