房間很乾凈，方便，視野非常好，離學校很近走路即可，餐館超市都在旁邊很方便，關鍵的是老闆一家人都很好，還送了我們當地現摘的蘋果！真的很滿意！

住了才知道他家剛裝修完沒多久，裝修味道還是比較嗆鼻辣眼。老闆這人看着熱情周到不錯，但是實話説房價訂的挺高的，村裡基本上100-110左右，他們要貴出很多，比延慶城區裏的都貴。

有個小插曲，原本要退房的客人續住了，導致我們到的時候沒有房間了，店家直接給升級兩間大床房，房子很新，離學校更近。

民宿就在海外旁邊的村子裏，步行到學校5分鐘，開車2分鐘。 定的兩室一廳，帶廚房的房間。各個房間都很開闊，大概有六十多平米。房間裏是地暖，温度適宜，穿毛衣不冷。 一個卧室是大炕，水暖床特別舒服，可以睡四至五人。一家四口睡一個房間太舒服了。第二個房間是大床，沒用上。 民宿不帶餐，可以自己做，廚房設備齊全。
