We had a wonderful time with truly outstanding service, we have to mention Vivian from the front desk she put in so much extra effort to help us with the required covid testing for returning home and getting the results. She went over and beyond her duties, really amazing of Vivian
In fact all staff members were so friendly and helpful. Well trained and so focused on customer care and satisfaction, Willy and his restaurant staff were at our every beck and call and more.it would be unfair to mention just a few names because everyone was so attentive to the guests The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the waterpark and kids club are wonderful and a great way to entertain guests. We will definitely return to the Crowne Plaza Huailai here and highly recommend it to everyone. Our boy enjoyed playing with the rabbits too.

Stayed during the May Day holiday, the dinner buffet was pretty good, and the price/performance ratio was acceptable. There are a lot of activities for children to play, but some of them require a fee. Xiao Lei added WeChat in advance to ask about needs and was very patient

After dinner, I took my children to the children's playground to play. I found that I couldn't find the exit after turning around several times. Later, I asked people and found that I had to go out through the door inside the western restaurant. There was no guidance. When I arrived at the children's playground, I found that it was quite shabby. I didn't play for a while. Then let's take a break and play in the water. The water in the water world didn't even reach my calf. . . Let's go swimming. The water temperature in the children's pool is good. Then we went to the adult pool. The water was icy cold. We had to warm up for a few minutes before we could get in. After swimming, we went back to the room to take a shower. I pressed the shower gel twice and found that it was gone.
