考試中午休息訂的鐘點房，因為中午客户退房時間較晚而考生預訂較多，導致打掃不及時，大批考生前台等待無法入住。但是前台小姐姐和保潔阿姨加緊打掃，分批鎖房安排入住，送水安撫，表示抱歉，退房後送上水果。服務態度好，環境整潔。辛苦今天中午值班的前台和保潔阿姨了。但是酒店管理層和平台應該做好考試等特殊時間應急預案。如無鐘點房及時下架，或者入住前一天提前溝通鐘點房入住時間。否則到了酒店但是不能入住，尤其是僅有兩小時的午休時間，對於重要考試的考生來説很寶貴。
