The water pressure in the bathroom was great, making for a really comfortable shower. Plus, they use L'Occitane for the body wash and shampoo, which is a nice touch.

The room, bathtub, and toilet were all large and clean. The air conditioning was very cold and there were no unpleasant odors. However, the hairdryer on its second setting was slightly faulty and tended to overheat. The refrigerator in the pet room didn't get cold either.

It's a 15-minute walk from Hualien Railway Station, which can be a bit of a hassle if you're carrying large luggage. However, the accommodation has an elevator and other basic amenities, so overall it's pretty good.

Facilities: Fully equipped, it's a guesthouse converted from a villa. The owner is incredibly kind. It has a water dispenser, elevator, and everything you need. Cleanliness: The owner is clearly very clean; there are indoor slippers provided, and the rooms are spotless. Environment: The surrounding area is quiet yet convenient. There are plenty of restaurants, a 24-hour laundry room, and a 7-Eleven within a five-minute walk. Service: The service is very detailed; they explain everything clearly. If you need anything, you can contact the owner anytime and they will respond quickly.

It's close to the train station, and the rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable! Overall, it's excellent!

Very clean and hygienic, the owner responded quickly and was friendly and welcoming. I accidentally booked a pet-friendly room, and there was no animal odor in the air. It was also clear that there was a specially designed sleeping area for pets, which was great! The guesthouse is very close to the station, quiet despite being in a busy area. I would definitely book again next time I'm in Hualien!

It's a pretty good place to stay. Just be careful to schedule your check-in with the owner, otherwise there are no problems! The rooms are large and all the basic amenities are provided. I would recommend staying here!
