Quite decent hotel, with all the necessary amenities, located 30 minutes walk from Hualien station.
Only small downside: the persistent smell of cigarettes in the room.
Other than that, I recommend, it's good value for money in the city.

I traveled around the island alone and booked a room in the evening. Overall, I felt that it was quite satisfactory. The room was very clean and tidy.
